I didn't know there was such good hot spring and spa complex in Suzaka. Good hot springs, dry/salt/steam sauna, Jacuzzi, walking bath, open-air bath and etc etc. A restaurant, ice cream stand, and bakery in the complex are also fantastic. Huge one-time rest area, hot and cold green tea is free, perfect. JPY700 including tax for adults… cheap. Huge car parking lot is available. Pay cash or by PayPay at the reception to enter, otherwise you should pay by only cash in the complex, I think this is not meet the current.

I used the Nagaden Bus Mankitsu Free Pass to visit Yuzo Land. ・It was snowing in Nagano, so I enjoyed the open-air bath while watching the snow. ・The indoor bath was also an event bath, and I enjoyed a bath with water from a natural hot spring. ・There was also a souvenir shop and a restaurant inside the building. Although I didn't use them, there were plenty of other things to enjoy besides the bath, so it seems like you could spend a long time there.

We stopped here on our way home to Osaka from Sugadaira. It’s a really nice onsen with nice big outside baths and a cold bath which we needed on such a hot day. We also had onsen kakigori. All the dishes in the restaurant are served in wooden buckets. Which look really cool.

Wonderful hot spring with so many facilities. Outdoor baths too, jacuzzis, mangy types of showers and pools. Please be aware that you cannot wear any form of swimming costume so you must be ok with swimming nude! Great price and foot massage machines too :)

It had been a while since I'd last taken a bath, but the baths were spacious and there were many, and you could even enjoy alternating between the sauna and cold bath. Even during the day on a weekday, the place was bustling with locals.
