I stayed overnight with my family. We were given a spacious room for our newborn son, and they even heated up baby food and lent us plates and spoons. The staff were also very kind and helpful to my son, which we were very grateful for. They even dried my husband and I's shoes, which had gotten wet in the snow, and each and every service was so attentive that we would definitely like to return. I was surprised to see that they had baby bath and body soap available in front of the family bath. The food was also very varied, and all of it was very comforting and delicious. I recommend it.

It was our first onsen experience. We were treated with great kindness by everyone, from the parking lot upon arrival to our departure! The lady who showed us to our room was wonderful! She made us feel very comfortable! The Japanese dinner and breakfast were delicious, the tableware was beautiful and colorful, as were the dishes served. The private onsen was wonderful, everything was better than we expected!

Wonderful stay! Perfect service. The service at reception, in the room and dining area was excellent! Always friendly and helpful. The view of the private onsen was very beautiful and the gardens overlooking the onsen were perfect. The meals were very good, in the best Japanese style! The wedding anniversary celebration was unforgettable! Thank you for the excellent service and friendliness!

I stayed at this inn because it was close to Izumo Airport. I was surprised by the level of hospitality, which exceeded my expectations. The inn staff were warm and kind, which I really appreciated. The tea service and snacks in the room were also great. The building looked old, but the room was clean, the hot springs were piping hot, and it was fantastic! I would definitely stay again.

I do not have word to describe how amazing an experience it was. The owner and the staff is extremely kind. Oba san literally talked to me like I am her daughter. The private bath is breathtaking. Generally I’m afraid of letting the onsen water touch my hair but this one made my fair soft and fluffier. The rooms were big and clean too. Felt like royals especially during the breakfast
