I went when it wasn’t too crowded about 5 pm. The staff were helpful as I didn’t speak Japanese. Baths were clean and the view fantastic … the photo below is taken from the outdoor rest area after my soak. I didn’t find the water super smooth but there were so many areas with different temperatures and the jacuzzi was so good so it’s ok 4 small tubs and 5 reclining seats face the river… it was a very enjoyable experience

We were taken by Japanese friends- the onsen and all the facilities are 5* but the food is less so hence the four stars. You could spend all day - there is so much to experience! Beautiful location overlooking the river. Hot stones (pebbles!) 'ganbanyoku' and indoor and outdoor onsen and much more....

Very relaxing place for unwinding and relaxing. We spent 4 hours but could have stayed the whole day. The common bath pools were a little awkward at first. But then I realised it’s normal here in Japan. Would love to come back again!

I love this place. It’s so spacious hin can spend the whole day there. It has many different type of sauna and baths, restaurant and rest areas. Recommend to anyone who wants to relax during their day off!
