Yunosakakurume Hot Spring

Excellent water quality; silky and with a touch of sulphur smell. The presence of water scales on the wood is testament to the authenticity of the hotspring water. The onsen has both public and family baths. We opted for the public baths as the baths are ample with both indoor and outdoor facilities, and a large heat sauna. The indoor baths come with waterjets. Nestled at the base of a landscaped garden are two outdoor baths for each gender. One of the outdoor baths has a waterfall that is excellent for tired shoulders. Shoe and personal lockers are available FOC. Hairdryers and toiletries are available. Just bring along an onsen towel to dry yourself. Enjoy!

I recently stayed at this charming Japanese inn in January and had a wonderful experience. It's not a luxury hotel, but it offers excellent value for the price. First of all, The hot spring was great. The atmosphere is cozy and home-like, and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful, even with language barriers. They use translation devices to communicate, making everything smooth. The inn might not be brand new, but it's spotless, and the breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend it for a great stay!

Good Onsen if you're in the area. We were playing at the waterfall and it started raining so we ought to dry ourselves with hot onsen. There were 4 hot baths and extremley hot sauna. One cold plunge pool. The facilities are ok considering how old it is. The community is nice. Good family friends hangout. There is a nice garden view for outdoor onsen too. Don't expect it to be new though.

Not bad bathhouse. It is getting a little old, some broken taps and wallpaper peeling off. However the water was hot and there was an outdoor bath and a Sauna too. Worth it if you are hiking or running in the area. It cost 880 yen because I went on a national holiday.

This onsen is a little outdated in facilities and the payment process. However the water was very nice and there are various types of pools to soak in. I especially enjoyed the out door pools with the mineral water.
