Two reception staff ignored us as they chatted together, while the third staff called out “next customer” letting 3 groups skip ahead of us. In the bathroom, while showering, cleaning staff was tidying empty showers. She dropped a washing bowl on my foot. This place needs staff training.

I went several times. The accomodations are quite nice. They've also got my favorite flavor of ice cream (北海道乳味). But some of my most explicitly prejudiced experiences have been here. If you're visibly not Japanese (and can't handle being disrespected), find some place else.

I enjoyed my visit to Yunoyu. My Japanese isn't very good but staff were very helpful and nice. The baths were also very spacious and delightful. Please visit if you get the chance.

This place is a good but not great sento. It's not a "super sento", but it is large and efficiently run. It's clean, and has a few types of baths.

Very nice place to relax. Many different thermals water pools with special effects for body and soul. 😀 …
