Yura no Sato

This super public bath is located just off National Route 126 in Tokorozawa Shimofumi. It makes use of the original building, and what appears to have been a storehouse has been converted into a barber shop. In addition to the parking lot in front of the facility, there is a surrounding parking space behind it. When you enter the building, you first leave your shoes there, which requires a 100 yen deposit. Then, purchase a ticket from the ticket machine. The bath-only fee is 950 yen on weekends and holidays. I think this is reasonable for the area. Credit cards are not accepted, but code payment is accepted. Present your ticket to the reception and enter. Another 100 yen is required for the lockers. Even though you return later, it's a hassle, so I wish they would do something about this. It was around 2 PM on a holiday, and the lockers were already quite full. The bath area was also reasonably crowded. The indoor baths include a highly concentrated carbonated spring, hot water, a jet bath, a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a cold bath. The highly concentrated carbonated spring water seems to be popular, as it's always full. Even so, some people still manage to stretch their legs. The open-air rock baths include two types: one with natural spring water and one with heated water, as well as a reclining bath and a tub bath. There are three bed-shaped chairs for open-air bathing and about four regular chairs. It's a little small. Perhaps it's because it's cold, but many people also enjoy indoor bathing. The dry sauna is spacious and has many steps. However, the temperature doesn't seem to be that high. There are hooks for sauna hats and a water dispenser near the entrance, so the flow isn't bad. The steam sauna is small and can fit about four people. It's designed so you can sit while soaking your feet, which was quite nice. Overall, the facility is compact. It got quite crowded in the evening, and there was barely enough room to enter any of the baths. I also thought there weren't many places to rest inside the facility, but I later learned that there's a rest area on the second floor that anyone can use, even if they're not using the rock sauna. It may have been because it was a holiday and there were a lot of customers, but I got the impression that the general level of manners was low, with people bringing books into the bath and submerging their heads in the cold bath.

The price was a bit expensive but the atmosphere was worth it. The restaurant had a satisfying, hearty bowl cheese curry udon. The outdoor bath was pleasant and warm enough. Asukari, salt saunas and bedroock baths were available. My baby (left with his father) was making a lot of noise in the dining area when I went into the bathing area, and the staff was kind enough to inform me after looking for me among all the bathers.

Awfully crowded every time, particularly Higher density Soda Bath is always occupied with guests. I think that coins of 100JPY are required at any lockers, which means The too much coin operated lockers ther are, is very troublesome. Additionally U xannot come here without automobiles.

My friend took us here and we loved it! Many different onsen types: cold bath, warm/ish, multiple outside onsen. Workers were very kind and the place was so clean. My biggest pro: babies were allowed 😄 When I return to Saitama, I will come back! …

You have to put so much coins everywhere. They need more automation for their service. It is disappointing that they dont accept credit cards. So embarrassed and disappointed for not being able to pay through credit card
