I came here for the first time with high expectations. ..... Everything was disappointing. - Small parking lot - The entire facility is tiny and cramped. The number of shoe lockers and changing rooms doesn't match the hot springs. You can't even soak for a long time. I wondered what they were planning. - Poor quality shampoo and other products. I've been to a lot of places, but this one is the worst. My hair gets all squeaky. - There aren't many hair dryers, so you have to wait in line and they're so poor quality that they don't dry properly and you almost get burned. I don't like a facility that makes you want to leave as soon as possible. I even signed up for a membership, but I don't think I'll ever come again. I have a feeling the other places are just as bad. Even if the buildings and facilities are old, they're still well-maintained, so this one is a no-no.

The sauna is incredibly spacious and wonderful. I've never seen such a large sauna anywhere else. Outside, there are several types of open-air baths and a lukewarm hot spring (apparently not heated) that's like a swimming pool. I use this after the sauna because I don't like cold plunges. The indoor jacuzzi is at the perfect temperature all year round, and you can stay in it for a very long time, so it's really great when you want to relax in a long bath. There are quite a few children, so it might not be ideal for those who don't like that. Also, there aren't many direct buses, and the last one is too early at around 5 PM, so I would go more often if that were improved. And, although it seems there used to be one, I wish they would also have a bus to Odakyu Sagamihara Station.

Presentation is sparse. ■Free Tea Server Available. ■Open-Air Bath: Spacious and Relaxing.

I used this facility when I had work in Kanagawa. Since it was a weekday, I was able to use the baths comfortably. The cold bath was also spacious and nice. The relaxation room was also empty, so I used it for about 30 minutes. The massage was comfortable and helped relieve my fatigue! I would like to use it again if I'm in the area!

An open-air bath. The water flows directly from the hot spring. It's very cold. It feels full if three people are in it. Some people stay in the bath the whole time. There's a heated bath right next to it. I like the hot water bath because it's quite hot. I wonder what the indoor bath was like. I forgot.
