This bathhouse seems to have declined significantly over time, as while it used to be considered decent for the price, recent experiences point to serious issues with water hygiene and maintenance. Some visitors have reported that the water quality, especially in the men’s bath, is extremely poor, with visible debris and even oily residue floating in the tubs, which raises real concerns about cleanliness and potential health risks. There are complaints suggesting that proper filtration may not be consistently maintained, with only minimal water refilling done throughout the day, making certain times particularly unpleasant to visit. Because of this, some people even avoid using the baths altogether and stick to showering out of concern for possible infections. On the other hand, older reviews highlight that the facility was once known for being very affordable, with entrance fees around 4,000–5,000 KRW, offering decent amenities and good value for money, including relatively clean facilities and basic services like scrubs and massages. While the low price and convenience still appeal to some, the inconsistency in cleanliness and maintenance has become a major drawback, and many now feel that unless improvements are made, it’s not worth the risk despite the affordability.

Until a few years ago, it was okay, but these days, the water management is really poor. I heard the women's bath is a bit better, but the men's bath is the worst I've ever been to. It seems like there's no filtration system to prevent water loss, and they only replenish the water once or twice a day for maintenance. If you time it wrong, clumps of grime will float in the bath, and if you have a cut on your foot, you'll be afraid of getting it infected, so you avoid the bath and just shower. Seeing how they just ignore the oil floating in the water and do nothing about it, I really don't go unless it's an emergency. It's really serious. It seems like they'll only come to their senses and start managing things if there's a large-scale outbreak here.

The facilities were surprisingly modern and clean. I was surprised by the lowest price on earth, 4,000 won. There was a TV in the bath, and the water was clean. One of the massage therapists was a bit rough around the edges, so it was painful. The massage was 20,000 won. The massage was 30,000 won for 40 minutes by Mr. Park. While his skills weren't outstanding, he was friendly and diligent. It's convenient to make a reservation by phone.

I don't know when they change the water, but aside from it being a little dirty, I plan to go every week. The parking lot is spacious, and since I live in Bonggae, the prices are affordable, so I feel good. There aren't too many people, and overall, it's relatively clean.
