For an old neighborhood bathhouse, the facilities are relatively clean, but the water in the bathhouse is very dirty. The standing showers are often broken. The elevator seems to have been broken for two or three years. The doors keep opening when they're closed. The owner speaks in a very direct and unpleasant way, which really hurts people's feelings. You could have just spoken nicely to him, but he speaks quite rudely. They call it a hot spring, but I'm not sure if the water is good, and the bathhouse fees are relatively expensive. A monthly fee is 102,000 won in cash, 120,000 won by card, and 99,000 won with Icozen. In Gumi, Hyeonggok Hot Springs or Bonggok Hot Springs cost 40,000-50,000 won with Icozen, but Buksam Hot Springs charges 99,000 won. Because there aren't any bathhouses nearby, I'm forced to go somewhere else. So I searched the area and found Powell Sauna and Gym. It costs 40,000 won to use the Kozen... I'm just going to shower and leave, and 40,000 won is a reasonable price. I wish the owner of Buksam Hyuland could be more generous to the local residents. I wish they would lower the cost of bathing. It used to be 4,000 won, but now it's 8,000 won. The bathhouse in this area has a monopoly, and I think that's bullying and tyranny. I wish there was another bathhouse nearby.

You must pay at the kiosk outside the entrance. Once payment is made, the automatic door opens, but after 10 seconds, it automatically closes and remains closed. If you miss the timing, the owner will open the manual door for you. The first floor is the women's bathhouse. The second floor is the gym and golf practice range. The third floor is the men's bathhouse. The long closets are convenient. The men's bathhouse has a barbershop. The interior design is meticulous, reflecting the name "Tourist Hot Springs." However, the facilities are old and in disarray. There are five baths, but the underwater massage bath operates only during designated hours. Black mold can be seen in the corners. There are three saunas: high, medium, and wet. The medium and wet ones don't work and even emit a pungent odor. Fortunately, the high-temperature sauna has a TV and works. Unusually, the shower area has a toilet installed in a partitioned area, similar to a shower booth. It is only used as a urinal because it has no lid or seat.

I can't figure out how it ended up like this. The management has deteriorated tremendously. The cypress bath in the private room is no longer in operation. (If they weren't going to use it, they should have at least locked the door.) They're charging 7,000 won for this?

It doesn't seem to be maintained. There is no hot water in the bath. There are about 10 light bulbs that don't turn on. One of them doesn't even have a cover. Floor. Corner. In front of the dressing table, the floor is covered in hair.

The second-floor gym is incredibly spacious and comfortable. There's plenty of screen golf. There's also rock climbing. Aerobics and CrossFit are free. And best of all, the hot springs are absolutely fantastic!
