Chilgok Dogae Hot Spring

First of all, the fee here is 10,000 won if you pay by card, but 9,000 won if you pay in cash. This alone is against the law. Also, you are supposed to put in 100 won to dry your hair for 3 minutes, but the dryer doesn't even run for a minute. Furthermore, for some reason, the changing room is extremely cold. Almost everyone voices their complaints. However, since the staff are elderly, they seem to just let it slide. Also, there are tons of signs inside the hot spring telling you what not to do, but in contrast, the service is, in a word, terrible. I let the dryer slide when I went a week ago, but today I was absolutely dumbfounded because it didn't even run for a minute. You might think, "What's the big deal about 100 won?" but if a dryer used by so many people all day takes up 100 won for such an absurd amount of time, it is practically a money-eating monster. A place where the hot spring water is poorly maintained. I visited at 4 PM on a weekend, but they were only operating the event bath, hot tub, and outdoor bath, with the regular hot tub not running. The hot tub is scorching hot, and since the outdoor bath consists of only four single-person seats, you have to wait. Both children and adults go into the event bath, but the water seems poorly filtered, as the water is full of grime. I saw reviews saying the water is good, but this is not the case. I don't see anyone cleaning or managing the bathhouse. There is no one at the counter, and they don't sell exfoliating towels, so I ended up just lathering up with soap and leaving. I like hot springs, but this is not a place worth visiting. I'm sorry, but the old bathhouse in front of my house is better.

The facilities are poorly managed. Compared to the size of the facility, there aren't many guests. The hot water wasn't too hot, so it was usable. There were a few people in the event bath. I didn't go in, so I don't know about the water quality, but the hot water wasn't bad. First, it would be good to do some more detailed maintenance. It must be difficult because there aren't many guests, but I hope they start with things that don't cost money. It would be nice if they could show that they're doing the maintenance.

Aside from the vast expanse of Mokyoktang, this is a local bathhouse located far from downtown Daegu, with no apparent merits. The water quality is so poor that it's embarrassing to call it a hot spring.

They don't seem to be in the service industry. They seem to be annoyed by every word and action they use to interact with customers. Nothing has changed.
