I'm writing this because of an absurd experience at a jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) I frequent with my daughter. My five-year-old daughter spilled a drink on her sleeping mat, and the cleaning lady got annoyed. I apologized. Later, she brought out her underwear and asked if it was her daughter's, asking to see it. I was upset, but I let her check. She was embarrassed and irritated, and I felt so bad for her. Later, she messed up some toys, and the cleaning lady insulted both me and her, calling us beggars. I was so embarrassed and offended that I just left. I'll never go back, but I'm crying because I feel like they're ignoring me because I'm raising my daughter alone.

My mother, my friend, and I stayed from Saturday to Sunday, and since we only went out for a short time, we had to pay extra for the night shift, and if we had to pay for going out, it would have been more, but it's so disappointing... They keep filing complaints, and when I brought my kids to rest, they called it a garbage dump... I went to rest, but I feel so bad. Honestly, they're kids, and they can play with toys... I don't think it's right to call them trash or beggars or anything like that. If necessary, I want to take legal action against people who say things like "beggars" or something like that.

I'd say this has been the best jjimjilbang in Ansan even though there is Kukdong jjimjilbang in new district which is called Gozan new town. First the facility is very big and you don't feel uncomfortable in paying for parking fare because this provide free parking with customers. The female staff at the counter is courteous.

I went there because it was said to be the largest in Ansan's east and west, but honestly, it's smaller than the average bathhouse in my hometown of Gumi. It would also be nice if they had more hair dryers and other amenities.

The staff are so friendly. This is a great place in Ansan with great facilities and great value. The bathhouse entrance fee is 12,000 won. Men's bathing fee is 25,000 won, and women's bathing fee is 30,000 won.
