Only the night shift staff were unfriendly + the facilities were extremely outdated + there was no heating in the sleeping rooms. The hot spring water was good, but the sleeping rooms were air-conditioned, so I got tonsillitis the next day and spent 15,000 won on hospital bills on Monday lol. I do not recommend it as it has no merit for tourists; you'll just end up with a bad case of body aches. Also, they don't operate a restaurant. I came here instead of a modern sauna because the reviews said the food was good, but I ended up going to a convenience store and eating ramen ㅠㅠ

Its not that bad. It has a masseuse, karaoke, small restaurant, fitness center, pc cafe, fish that eat your callus and only 3 different temperature sauna. It's not that bad, but the people who works there is ignorant, half the time I needed something they weren't present in their station. However, if you know what your doing in a Korean spa it's okay as it is pretty cheap.

Inside the cave, discarded condoms were strewn about, a musty smell permeated the air, and the bathroom was a living hell. I complained about the condom, but received no apology, and no refund. Even when I asked to call the manager, he refused, saying he wasn't there. If you want to roll around with someone else's used condoms, please go.

They say there's a PC room, but they don't use a PC room ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They say it's a place to steam, but there aren't many steam rooms. I came with a 14-year-old friend, and the part-timer at the counter was so rude because I was a child. He ignored me because I was a child. I lost money. Please don't come here. 😡 …

Korean spa is not very comfortable place for foreigners who don't know well about Korean spa's conventions. If you want to rest, I would suggest to find common accommodations rather than spa.
