A really good Korean dry sauna and spa! We went to them both: dry sauna was upstairs and spa department downstairs. The cost of the whole thing was inexpensive, 8000W. There were separate areas for men and women in the spa section. They had approx. 9 pools with cold and hot water temperatures in addition to three wet sauna's and water massages. Some of the pools were outside. Dry sauna section was a common space for everyone. Be sure to check all of the rooms since there were some pretty interesting places to relax in! The place had two cafe-kiosks where they also served food. It would have been possible to sleep there so if you want to save money in accomodation this could be a good option for that. Don't be afraid of stares if you're a westener since some of the people there have not seen white people before. They will give you advice if you're there for the first time!

I really enjoy visiting this sauna. Baths are fairly clean-if you go on the weekend, expect it to be a little less clean and very crowded. Minimal staring at the lone foreigner who came to the baths, which is why it gets five stars. I can't speak for the men's bath but I assume it's similar. They do not have free soap or shampoo, but you can buy the usual sample ones if you forget. Has five hot baths, three cold, three different wet saunas, a cold room, two kids baths, and various dry saunas. The workers are friendly and welcoming.

The sauna, located in the city of Gwangju, is used not only as a place to wash and steam, but also as a place to spend the night. People sleep on the floor, with a small brick pillow under their heads. The sauna is quite large. I think there were 200-250 people just sleeping there. You can also have a snack and drink tea. Incidentally, there are no alcoholic drinks in the sauna, and no one was drunk.

Not only is there ample parking space, but there is also a gym. The sauna and steam room facilities are excellent, so I tend to use it frequently. There are many garden trees, so it is nice to be able to enjoy the flowers depending on the season.

The facilities are still good and the prices are reasonable. The only drawback is that it's crowded.
