Visiting via Namhae 1. Guest Rooms The rooms are divided into 1st and 2nd floors, and the 1st-floor Garden Terrace rooms are spacious. It was a stable and reasonable choice. I recommend the 1st-floor rooms over the ocean view rooms. The rooms are tidy, but they feel somewhat less well-maintained compared to hotel rooms. The Hinoki bathtub attached to the room is mold-free and well-maintained to some extent, but the bathroom and finer details lack the level of attention to detail found in hotels. 2. Dinner / Breakfast Dinner is served in the 1st-floor area. It includes a small amuse-bouche, a few simple dishes, and sashimi, along with sorbet, and a main dish of steak, rice, miso soup, and dessert. The variety of items falls short compared to Japanese ryokans, and the combination of the main steak with rice and a large bowl of miso soup feels somewhat unbalanced. Breakfast features neatly prepared abalone porridge. 3. Hinoki Bath It is kept clean and mold-free, but unfortunately, the water is not hot spring water. Himalayan salt is provided. The open-air bath requires an additional fee, but it appears to be rarely used. It is somewhat disappointing that it is a hinoki bath located inside the indoor area. 4. Annex Bath Reservations are required separately; the water temperature is not high, and the incense smelled like the scent of a temple, so I lit it but immediately extinguished it. 5. Overall Review The staff are very friendly, and their service mindset is excellent. Including dinner and breakfast, the price ranges from the mid-300,000 won to the early 400,000 won range; considering the price point, it is unlikely that I would visit again.

Overall, the accommodation is poorly maintained. The accommodation is dusty and has many old stains here and there. The clothing provided has holes and smells like rags. The bathroom floor is unsafe due to a lot of misalignment. The amenities provided are of poor quality. The food is tasteless (too sweet and too salty). Except for the sashimi, there's nothing to eat (the portion is small). It advertises itself as a ryokan, but the staff are unfriendly, lacking in service mindset and skills. The staff aren't always on hand. I'd go even for 100,000 won per night. There are many high-quality accommodations in Namhae at a similar price point. It seems they're using the money they made through marketing (social media, etc.) to build a new building. 0% likely to return.

If your goal is quiet healing and relaxation, this is a great place. I appreciated the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the accommodations. Even though I stayed on the first floor with an ocean view, there was absolutely no noise between floors. It's the perfect place if you just want to soak in the hot springs and relax. The only downside is the food. During my two-night stay, the dinner menu was almost identical. (The only difference was the main menu: sukiyaki on Day 1, steak on Day 2; the rest of the dishes were the same.) If the dinner menu had been more diverse, I'd be willing to stay there again.

This is one of the better-quality accommodations in Namhae. It's a bit remote, so the nearest convenience store is about 1.5km away. There's an on-site store called Anchovy Grocery, but beer is expensive, at around 8,000 won per can. Be sure to bring your own supplies. The room quality and cleanliness were acceptable, and the bedding was clean. The bathtub and other items were already dry when I got in, which was nice. The spa water was clean and pleasant. Oh, and I noticed that the room was clearly visible at night, so be sure to close the blinds at night.

The price is a bit high, and the information provided is a bit lacking. Only a tea bag is provided for aroma oil and welcome tea upon entry. The area is quiet, and there are no shops. You'll need to buy anything you want in advance. It's a great place to relax and unwind. You need to reserve a time for the separate bathhouse. I like the cypress bath in the room. (You can only use the provided salt.) Overall, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious.
