Iksan Prison Set
It's a bit difficult to get to without a car. Public transportation isn't available. The city tour bus is convenient, but you can see everything in 30 minutes, so you'll need to plan on wasting 50 minutes. It's probably better to skip this place and spend another hour at Gosrak or Mireuksaji. The new building in the back is supposed to open at the end of March. The kids loved it. There's also a lounge, so it's a good place to eat packed lunches.
It is abit out of the way. Realized that it isn't a very big place. There are costumes of prisoners and police to be worn. Everything is free of charge. We didn't manage to wear the costume due to the cold weather.
Good place to visit. One can spend an hour or 2 with fun in experiencing prison. No admission fee (No entry fee). Couldn't able to experience with costumes of prisoners or policeman due to covid I guess so.
It's a prison set in Iksan, and admission is free. Parking is also free. It's a good place to spend about 30 minutes exploring and taking pictures.
Major kdrama vibes~ Shooting set for most of the jail scenes in dramas and movies. Quite a small venue, can cover in less than 30 minutes.

Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
