The family bath was really good, but the snack food was a big problem. Even though the waiting line was quite long, cutting in line was rampant, and there was no explanation on where to stand in the correct line. In the end, I waited for 20 minutes, got annoyed, and didn't eat. I got cut in line by two groups right in front of the checkout counter lol. I was very upset about wasting my family bath rental time.

The family bath on the second floor is not that great. The waiting system is so frustrating. They should have just taken a number. This isn't a market, so they made me wait for an hour and then suddenly told me to go to the public bath on the first floor because the facilities were broken. It's not a different facility, but the same facility. I shouldn't use it;;; I never want to visit again.

Dilapidated and have archaic rules. MUST wear a swim cap and life jacket in order to go to the deep end which isnt is more shallow than your nipples. Everything is dank. The parking lot looks like a meteor struck it with hpw broken it looks. Dont gp. Just pay out the ass and go to Lotte Water Park instead. Staff is rude AF.

I went to a hot spring, and it was spacious and nice. The water was nice, and the outdoor hot spring was small, so it had a nice atmosphere. The prices went up starting in 2021. ^^ The family bath is currently closed due to COVID-19.

I often go there because it's a good value for money place with good water.
