Korean Dry Sauna

There was a strong smell of seaweed coming from the scrubbing area inside the bath. The water is slippery, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who dislikes slippery water. While I was at the vanity, one woman got annoyed by the snack bar lady talking loudly on the phone. "She had a grimace that looked like she hadn't eaten a whole meal yet, and she yelled angrily at the snack bar lady so she could hear." "She should have answered the phone in one place instead of going back and forth noisily." Wow! I was planning to go to Yangnam Seawater Hot Springs, but since I hadn't been here before, I came by chance. It was a place where all the tough people typical of the seaside were gathered. I was shocked several times before leaving.

Living away from home, on my days off when it rains, I often visit local hot springs and saunas. Daewang Hot Springs in Eoilli, Yangbuk-myeon, is known for its excellent water quality. It lives up to its reputation as a carbonated hot spring! It was absolutely wonderful. The facilities are a bit outdated, but it's clean, spacious, and quiet, making it a perfect place to enjoy a hot spring bath. Furthermore, the view of the vast fields and open parking lot from the bathhouse was so peaceful. I was also touched by the kindness of the girl at the entrance counter. Daewang Hot Springs is run by locals, so the admission fee is affordable. It's only 5,000 won for the general public. I was able to completely relax and enjoy the refreshing waters. Incidentally, the nearby underwater tomb of King Munmu of Silla is a sight to behold.

The jjimjilbang (Korean sauna) has closed down, and this place now operates only the hot spring baths. It is equipped with cold, warm, and hot baths, as well as dry and wet saunas. Since the baths are located on the second floor, you can see the outside from inside, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It is quiet, and the water seems decent. The price is on the cheaper side at 5,000 won.

Water is magic! Doesn't it even dissolve dirt? How meticulously does Aunt Se-sin-sa wash it~~ This is also a place where people live, as if they're arguing about territoriality in the sauna? It seems like if someone else uses it, they throw it away, but if someone they know uses it, they keep it. So, outsiders~~ Keep in mind~ If you just take it, they'll probably throw it away~~

This hot spring near Gampo Port has smooth, refreshing waters, making it ideal for relieving fatigue. The sauna is not open, but it's open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and is closed every second Tuesday of the month. Admission is 5,000 won, with a discount for local residents.
