오페라 스파앤스테이
I booked a deluxe room on Yanolja, but they called the night before and said the reservation was wrong and that they only had ondol rooms, so I went anyway. They even boasted about the bathroom with a bathtub, saying it was 100% hot spring water, but the ondol room I was assigned didn't even have a bathtub, and they told me to just leave if I didn't like it. In the end, I paid the difference of 10,000 won and checked in early, and stayed for one night. There were cigarette stains on the blanket, so I really don't recommend this place.
This is a great value motel in Dogoo Hot Springs where you can sleep and enjoy the hot springs during your business trip. The owner provides excellent service, the hot springs are fantastic, and they offer complimentary drinks and breakfast toast, as well as a paid laundry service for your business trip clothes. The rooms are fully booked in the evenings. It is a place I would like to visit again if I stay in the area next time.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and has a new owner. The beds in the guest rooms are decent, and the lobby service is excellent. However, the price... I'm a bit skeptical about whether it's really worth it. Aside from the bedding, it's almost the same as when the older guests were staying, but the room rate has doubled.
The facilities are clean. The mattresses are in good condition. The free snack bar on the first floor is also nice. The bathtub is large enough for two people. There's an air purifier in the room. The hot spring water is good, but it felt a bit lacking, so I deducted one star. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price.
The facilities were so-so, but they were so confident that it was sulfur hot spring water that they even showed me a quality test report. However, it wasn't even sulfur hot spring water at all, so I feel like I was completely scammed. I went out of my way to visit from Gwangju, and it really leaves me feeling disgusted.
