August 31, 2025 Review I first visited this place when my child was 5, and it's been 4 years since I last visited. 😊 My child, who used to play in the kiddie pool, is now playing in the regular pool without a life jacket, and it makes me realize how much he's grown. We visited around 4 p.m. on a weekend, and while the parking lot was packed, the crowds were evenly spread out, allowing us to enjoy the water leisurely. Hat caps are required for swimming, so be sure to bring one. 👒 If you missed it, you can purchase shampoo and body wash upon entry, which was convenient. Although the pool and restaurant were closed, we had no major issues playing in the water. We spent over an hour going back and forth to the outdoor pool, and the time flew by. There are separate pools for different age groups, and there are two outdoor hot springs. Some pools may be too deep for children, so I highly recommend wearing a life jacket for safety. I learned about the hot spring water, which is said to be sodium bicarbonate with an alkaline pH of 9.46. Provence Yulam I had a great time. The room condition was so-so. The service was otherwise good, but I received a call the morning of my check-in day saying I was being spied on. The claw machine in the hotel's arcade had a strong hint of fraud. Never play claw machines or use the arcade. The claw machine doesn't go all the way down, and the speed of the claw machine varies greatly depending on the area. This makes claw machines very difficult to use and just makes me feel uncomfortable. This area is a subcontractor to the hotel and has nothing to do with the hotel, so please do not use it. The hotel is unaware of any issues. They consistently claim they have no involvement, so please do not use it. Thank you.

My child is on vacation, but I can't go far because I'm taking care of an elderly person, so it was nice because it was close to home. The environment isn't fancy, but it's easy to go. It's clean, and the water is really good because it's a hot spring. My daughter loves it. The outdoor pool has an inflatable slide and a hot spring bath, so I recommend it to people who don't like the smell of indoor pools.

A freezing winter. I hadn't been to a swimming pool even once during the summer, but I soaked in the warm winter pool. The water is thermal spring water, so it is smooth and warm. There are many families with children.
