Samho Gungjeon Sauna

The initial experience was good. We had such bad jet lag I asked my husband to go to a jjimjilbang to relax and get a body scrub. The jjimjilbang was so crowded but we enjoyed the experience. I got to the body scrub person, she started making small talk. She was extremely friendly and asked me where I got my tan. Then she asked me where I lived. Should have lied but she caught me off guard so I told her “the states”. Felt her hand actually stop for a sec. Then she proceeded to scrub the rest in such a hurried fashion I asked her what was the rush. She put soap on me and told me I was done. Don’t want special service. But also don’t want to be discriminated against just because she thought I wasn’t worth scrubbing. Stay away from this place!

Excellent quality massage. Good facilities, clean, friendly towards foreigners. Make sure to follow the etiquette. Shoes off, shower and scrub well before entering the water. The atmosphere is very relaxed. Trust me, I was apprehensive about bathing naked with other people, but no one really cares as m what your business is. There are people of all ages and body types. They literally don't care to bat an eye at you. Give yourself this amazing experience. You deserve a green tea soak. Trust me. There are pools with different water temperatures and also different temperature saunas. I recommend you bring conditioner to rinse your hair afterwards, if you accidentally get bath water in your hair.

This place is great ! We are from France and visited this/a Jimjilbang for the first time (end of aug 2022). Even if no English signs/translations is to be found, staff was very helpful and kind toward foreigners. Everything is clean from the different rooms to the bathing parts. During our stay, we saw a lots of staff working in order for the place to be wonderfully welcoming. I particularly like the "oven room" and different temperature bathing tub (switching from 41°C to 19°C is a peculiar experience that must be tried) This Jimjilbang is a must in Seoul !!! Thanks again for the staff (specially the ladies in the front desk and the working staff)

this may be one of the most well designed and materials are used the best qualtiyiess. Even though day or night few crowded by guests. One for man another fir woman. But one story down Hot places so called JjimjilBang has more than 4 types as i know. 87 Deree. 65. 52 three hot places 10 degree . Easy to Visit. SamgoMoolsan Building . Near ShinHan. WE. Hana Banks are there. Good place for visit Family. Rate: 14000 Won based on 24 Hours.

Local, 24-hour jjimjilbang. Women’s only bath section contains 3 saunas, including one that reaches 120 C (~250 F) + medicinal, traditional soaks. Jjimjilbang section for both men and women include 3 hot rooms (~65C) , 1 cool down room, and sleeping areas. Haven’t eaten here but included pic of current menu and prices as of Jan 2026. Was super clean and highly appreciated the hot dry room with clay and stone pellets to roast on :)
