Spa on air is located at B1 (basement of the ICN terminal 1). You can take the escalator or elevator down. Pending on your available time and needs, they have different pricing which is nice. Say 10k W for just shower and hot tub for 2 hours. Day time 6 or 12 hours: 20k w for 6 hours with towels and sauna clothing, 25k w for 12 hours. Night time 20:00 to 08:00- 6 hours 30k w and 12 hours 35k w. Or you can just pay the cheapest for a quick shower with different pricing. If you choose the spa, they include 1 luggage storage. Additional at 5000w per piece. Men side has 3 hot tubs; Women side has 4 hot tubs with shower, shampoo and body wash, etc. REST AREA is co Ed. Thus, need to change into the sauna clothings. Here are the steps: 1. Go to counter. Choose your menu and pay. 2. If you do the spa. They will give you towels, sauna clothing set. Assigned locker wrist band key for lockers and card key (to access the rest and sleep area) 3. Remove your shoes and bring in to your gender change room. First use your key to open the small locker to store your shoes. Then proceed to the change room area. Change and store your stuff to the locker. With the same key matching the assigned locker no. 4. If you have luggage for storage, they will store one piece (included) to the side room of the reception and give you a luggage tag (for reclaim later) 5. Go to the shower area and get clean up before using the hot tub. Use the shower to cool down if needed. 6. Then dry up and change to sauna clothing to use the card key to access the rest, sauna and sleep area. 7. Rest area has sleeping mat (thin ones) and some rectangular foam pillow. No blanket and temperature is nice and you can still sleep and rest up before leaving. 8. 2 Sauna rooms. One at 41F one at 71 F. 9. Vending machine in rest area and some magazines. But most people just rest and sleep at the mats. Not much talking. There about 60 men lockers. May be similar on women side. I assume they can only accept max. number of people at one time before you need to wait for your turn to go in. Our family enjoyed our stay here at spa on air. Wish every major airport has facilities like this to accommodate travelers needs. Not the full meal deal as the traditional Korean spa. And no cafe inside. But pretty good for travelers who need refresh and get some rest before the long trip or meeting someone special! Recommended!

After a long flight, I visited the spa at Incheon International Airport to unwind. It’s a perfect spot for a warm shower and half-body bath, making it a must-visit before heading into the city. While the spa does have sleeping rooms, I primarily used the shower facilities. The space isn’t very large, but it wasn’t crowded during my visits, so I didn’t experience any major inconveniences. The individual shower booths have frosted glass doors, which provide good privacy. The water temperature in the half-body bath is pleasantly warm, but it’s a bit disappointing that you can’t adjust the temperature individually. I personally prefer a higher temperature for a more relaxing soak. Basic shower amenities like hair shampoo, body wash, soap, towels, hair dryers, combs, and lotion are all provided, which is very convenient. If you want a wider variety of products, you can also purchase them on-site. During your visit, the counter will safely store your luggage and valuables. While the size and quality may not compare to spas located in the city, I found it quite satisfying to spend just 10,000 KRW to relax in a half-body bath at the airport before moving on to my next destination. If you’re looking for a brief moment of relaxation during your travels, I highly recommend this place!

Spend 10 hours here at my flight is 0700 in the morning, a decent place, 3 hot bath tubs, 2 hot sauna rooms. Also a place to rest that you can charge your phone. Everything was great but while collecting our luggage around 0245, the staff (an old man) was a little rude, we have 3 luggage’s in total, he only gave us 1 of it, and kept on saying that there’s only 1, fortunately I took pictures of all of my luggage beforehand. Suggest you to do so also , to be safe. Another thing to mention, I saw two men that is quite pitiful sitting down at the entrance waited for a long time, me and 5 other guests had left the place but the staff (the old man) did not left them in. They went to ask him about it, they still didn’t got in. My advice is to come before 7pm so that you could enter easily. And prepare a long towel, as they only provide short towel, adapter to charge your phone and power bank along with the universal converter. For hair shampoo they provide it, but no hair conditional. Body lotion and shower gel are provided. Face cream and toner is also provided. You’ll need to bring your own face wash. Toothbrush provided with a fee.

Had a 12-hour layover with a friend traveling to Thailand, coming off of a 13-hour flight from Los Angeles. Located in the basement level of the Incheon Airport in Terminal 2, walk towards the West Parking garage on the left side and eventually you will see the spa; it’s towards the end of the walkway. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and spoke English. They went over the rules of the Spa - nudity only in the spa area (where the hot/cold tubs are) as well as the showers and sauna. Shoes are not permitted. The spa itself is very clean and everyone is respectful of the rules and gendered locker rooms. There are three sleeping areas - coed, Male & Female. They give you a wristband with your locker number on it - once you place it on the black handle the light will turn green and you are able to access it. Other than the lack of food in the spa, it was an amazing experience for this traveler!
