I love this Korean spa. It's a great price, usually 6-7,000w for the baths only and about 12,000w for the full building. Keep in mind that you take off your shoes right when you enter and that there are shoe boxes corresponding to your sex and your key chain number. The baths are separated by sex, as is common in these styles, and the baths and showers are open. I have only been to the women's side, but I find it really nice. There is a milky bath (carbonic), a hot bath, a cold bath, a jacuzzi bath, and an outdoor bath which changes temperature based on the season. I personally love the outdoor bath. There are also standing and seated showers, a private area for additional services (like body scrubs), and a sauna and foot bath. Overall, it's one of the best bath areas I've been to. There is also a shop inside the women's changing room which sells food, drink, toiletries, and some clothes. There is an area for applying makeup, but they charge you to use the hairdryers. The upstairs has common areas for relaxing, food court, children's play area, and even a small jimjilbang area. This area is mixed sex and requires you to wear the uniform. There is also a gym (additional fee), a swimming pool, and a outdoor grilling area. I haven't been when the swimming pool is open as it's a seasonal event. The saunas upstairs include multiple hot rooms, a cold room, and a light therapy room. As I prefer the baths, I don't have as much info on this. Overall, I find this jimjilbang clean and respectful to foreginers. While you may get some people who look you over, I find most people are respectful (I've never had anyone touch me which can sometimes be common at other places). I think it's worth a visit if you want a nice jimjilbang experience in Jeonju. EDIT: Because there is an overall lack of English skills at this spa, it can be difficult even ordering basic things. I have taken a way 1 star to reflect that.

Touted to be one of the best jjimjilbang in town and I guess it is by a small town standard. Still falls a little short of Seoul's outlets. The facilities is adequate, with the best being the very powerful jacuzzi bath pool that actually gives a great massage for any part of your body. The fermentation rooms are few but good, some with pretty interesting decor. The greatest draw back is the language barrier that deterred foreign travellers. The counter staff don't speak any English and the masseurs at the bath looked practical scared of foreign bodies, so much so that we couldn't even get a normal scrub service. Otherwise it is a good experience and something to do in this small town when all the shop closed.

Spa LaQua is a great location to end the night or start your day. This large spa is clean, large and very modern. I have enjoyed every pool they have and leave my stress in the saunas scattered throughout the top floors. For roughly 14,000￦ or $14 bucks you have access to their shower, game room and large roof pool with slides. That price also includes a cute pj set and you can sleep there. Amenities like the gym, barber and meals are available for an additional fee. Be warned their are a lot of families their so if you are bit shy in the pools you can avoid them. If not, drop your pants and walk into your assigned section to relax.

This is a different business that what's listed here in Google Maps. It is now SpaOn. They only provide bars of soap for cleaning yourself. No shampoo, no conditioner. They also combined a couple of small bars of soap into one to cut cost. I noticed some bars of soap have hair on them. It's quite unsanitary! The outdoor bath is still surrounded by tall walls. There were no plants or decorations for the outdoor bath. Overall place is quite run-down.

I used to frequent this bathhouse with my dad 10 years ago. It was just as good as it was back then. But what on earth is going on with the CCTV in the men's locker room? Other reviews say it's a fake, broken CCTV. How do you know if it's real? I wonder if there's a fake CCTV in the women's locker room, too. It was quite unpleasant.
