Three kinds of eco

I don't know how friendly the staff or the owner are, but they should only accept regular customers as members and provide clear instructions. Unprepared guests from out of town are treated like less than human beings and end up feeling like shit all day. I had a short business trip to Naju, so I told my wife to wait in the sauna. About two hours later, I went to pick her up after work, and she didn't seem too happy. I wondered why she was so fond of saunas, and when I got there, after washing my hair and getting thoroughly cleaned, I was laying down one of the two towels I was given (I always use it because I feel uncomfortable with bare skin in public facilities, but I only had two towels), when someone next to me said, "Oh, it smells!" "My hair smells!" and flung the door wide open. I tried not to pay attention, but he told me it was for my wife to hear. She said she washed her hair and came in clean, and that even if her hair was washed, it still smelled, so I had to bring a towel and a cushion. I thought I'd done my best to avoid causing trouble for others, considering my wife was there, but when I said that, they both felt bad, and I was worried a fight would break out, so the other person who tried to intervene said, "That's bathhouse etiquette." My wife, who doesn't even know basic etiquette, ended up causing trouble in a place where only very sophisticated people were present... Boss, if you see this, please educate your employees to check if guests have towels and cushions before entering. Please post "Bathhouse etiquette" clearly at the sauna entrance. If only there were that much in Korea, where illiteracy is prevalent, I wouldn't have been treated so subhumanly. If the sophisticated wives of the owners, who adhere to "Bathhouse etiquette," had seen me as a human being, I would have said directly from the beginning, "You need to bring your own towels and cushions." Or is it etiquette to tell a complete stranger that they smell bad? Since it's a shared facility, if I were there with them, I would have just left without using it and gotten a refund. I spent money and only made my wife feel bad.

Naju Jungheung O2 Spa A healing day, ridding yourself of impurities in a heated kiln. With a variety of themed steam rooms, there's never a dull moment. The intense heat of the kiln is especially addictive, and you'll find yourself thinking about it over and over again. Drinking a refreshing glass of sikhye after a sweat session is truly a small but satisfying experience. The spa also has excellent facilities for children, making it incredibly popular with families. While the weekends can be a bit hectic, the lively atmosphere makes for a truly enjoyable experience. Seeing my skin smooth after a hot steam session, I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

The location, parking, and amenities are all good, but this place doesn't manage children well. Even after 11 p.m., the sound of screaming, crying, and laughter is deafening. I especially don't recommend coming here on weekends to sleep. It says "quiet time," but no staff are there to pay attention. If you bring your parents, it can be really frustrating. When a customer yells for their children to be quiet, the parents and staff ignore them. So, while the facilities are good, it's only three stars. The fitness center isn't bad. The instructors are good, and the sauna facilities are a bit lacking.

I've been going here for about two years. The ticket counter staff is friendly, but the two men guiding the sauna are so rude that it makes me angry. I didn't say anything out loud because I thought it would start a fight, but you shouldn't act like that to a customer. I won't go into specifics, but I definitely think you shouldn't speak to a customer in such a sarcastic way. I'm 55 years old, and it was so unpleasant.

Pros: -The sauna is nice and cheap -Fitness center looks nice and there are variety of workout equipments -Although I never went to one, I heard they do movie night or something -they also do programs such as yoga, pilates, etc Cons: -Everything except saunas are pretty expensive -Food wasn't good
