The only thing I regret about Deokgu Hot Springs is that they didn't have an open-air bath. They've renovated the circular outdoor bath (with pool tiles and a pillar in the middle) and turned it into an open-air bath. Amazing! It would have been nice if they had refinished the floor with stone, like the other indoor baths. They just used the same sky-blue pool tiles, so you can see some of the dust floating around. Still, it's nice to bathe outdoors, overlooking the pine forest. Hair and body wash products are provided in dispensers in each shower, and the lavender scent complements the hot springs perfectly. The hot springs are old, but they seem well-maintained and excellent. The water quality is, without a doubt, the best in Korea.

The famous Deokgu Hot Springs! No matter how old it is, as expected, there is no room to book a resort or condo on the weekend. Although it is a bit far from the town centers of the county, it is fully equipped with amenities. I think it is worth it just to take a bath. The hot spring water, which feels slightly slippery—I wonder what its ingredients are—envelops my body. It was warm! (Nov. 2024)

I only tried the condo family spa, so I don't know much about the rest. Dinner was a bit... the hot spring water was good. I enjoyed the hot spring bath an hour before check-out. There's not much to do nearby, but I'd definitely come back again if I'm in Seoul. Even on a Sunday night, the parking lot was full.

This was the best hot spring I've ever been to in Korea. I was very satisfied with both the water quality and temperature. The breakfast buffet was simple and delicious. It's also a great place for a walk.

The water is so soft and nice. I came to the hot springs for the New Year, and there were a lot of people there, but the hot springs are the best!!!
