The staff cannot speak English at all. My shampoo and face wash got stolen but no staff was helping. Just kept saying no no no and didn't even bother to help or check ip camera. The worst experience ever. If you want your stuff stolen and unfriendly staff, this is the place which high recommends not going. I seriously regretted and this is the worst decision I've ever made.

Nice place to explore the local culture and take a good rest while your journey! Auntie are very friendly, even she can’t speak English, but she tried to communicate with me and understand what do i like to eat!😆👍👍👍👍👍👍 I love their service and experiences, i have came here 2 times in my traveling here!

For such a price, the bathing area and changing area are quite neat, but there are a lot of hair and dandruff floating in the water in the hot spring pool. The rest area is shared by men and women and has a greasy smell. The hair dryer requires payment and the wind is a bit weak. The towels have a bad smell.

The older woman only speaks Korean, so it's difficult to communicate and she's particularly fierce and long-winded. There's no scrubbing service for men, and the hygiene of the floor mats and pillows is questionable. The sauna is small and unremarkable. I advise anyone considering going to think twice.

The unisex area has a charcoal sauna, a red clay sauna, and a freezing room. There is also a lot of place to sleep, a smoking room and a snack area. Downstairs in the men’s lockers there is a dry sauna, a cold bath and a hot bath. Unfortunately, you will not find a steam room in this place.
