Yukdam Falls

Visually the least impressive of the three waterfalls along this hike, but it is the first waterfall on the trial and also far and away the easiest one to get to. Pretty much a glorified walk, whereas Towangseong Falls has a shocking amount of steps over such a short distance from the previous falls. I went in winter, so the entire falls were frozen, but I'm sure this would have a really impressive flow in spring during the snow melts. Still, worth seeing even in winter

All the trails in Seoraksan are beautiful. This trail starts off very easy, but gets progressively harder. You follow the path of a waterfall/river up to the source. We stopped at Biryong Falls as it has been a long day. The trip from there to the top is not for the feint of heart - it is a challenging and exhausting climb.

This waterfall appears midway along the trail to Towangseong Falls. It was a rainy day, so I chose the easier route. The path was well-maintained the entire way, so it wasn't difficult at all, and even children could easily make the trek. The waterfall and cliffs blend beautifully together.

We loved this hike. We walked through all the waterfall areas and made our way up to the observatory. It is relatively easy going until you pass the second waterfall and start going straight up to get to the observatory.

Can see a series of small falles while you climb the mountail. There are 6 water halls are being poured by falls. You can enjoy beautiful trails, falles, water halls on the way to the top (Towang)
