I’m an advocate for Mental Health Days! I’m intentional with my activities to relax and soothe me. The staff was extremely welcoming from before I arrived via phone call to see if they would be able to accommodate a same day reservation. When the website would not allow me to do so, the staff immediately offered to book it for me. As well, I ran into difficulties trying to sign the waiver prior to arrival but no worries because the staff immediately walked me through it when arriving. Upon arriving, I was welcomed by name. Clear and concise instructions were provided. Three music options were provided. Body wash, shampoo, conditioner and earplugs were provided. I wish they would have offered a shower cap. I did the 40 minute session and near end I was so relaxed that I had dozed off. At the end of my session, I was offered tea as well as water. The staff prepared the tea for me. Overall, I had an amazing experience.

Overall the experience was very neat! Definitely something different! My husband and I did the 60 minute couples float. My only complaint or con from the experience was the bamboo mat in the room gets super slick and slides across the floor easily once wet. My only tip or advice for future floaters, wear looser fitting clothing, once you are wet and sweaty, getting anything that fits snugly back on is a pain. As stated above, watch the mat/floor, it can get slippery. Don’t do a couples float if your husband is a snorer. 🤣

I have been doing therapeutic floats for many years now I went to the first float spa that Huntsville had and I have been coming to float Huntsville now I am so pleased with float Huntsville their service hospitality and menu are extraordinary. They are so kind the pods are as always amazing Floating is the only thing that ever relaxes me as completely as this does. I feel so at peace and calm and loose and good when I am done, I can only urge everyone to do this. It Is so beneficial to your body and your brain

Wonderful massage by the lovely owner, Stephanie. The hot stones were a special touch I will definitely try again. Although I didn't float on this visit, my husband and I enjoyed Floating and the Infrared sauna in November for our 30th Anniversary. We both "floated" out the door after our morning of pampering! If you haven't been to Float Huntsville, why not? You are missing out! Tina Garbe, REALTOR Leading Edge Real Estate Group Madison

Clean, relaxing experience. They will be patient and assist you with your first visit. Highly suggest sensory deprivation tanks given how much overload we experience on a daily basis. It's good for your mind and body. A 60min session felt like only 15min and I left feeling at ease and peace. If you are stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed, visit Float Huntsville. Everything is very well maintained. I will be returning soon.
