I had such an incredible experience at Pangea Day Spa in Trussville, Alabama. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top tier. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for — not rushed, not transactional, just truly valued. The spa itself is beautiful. It’s clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed in a way that instantly helps you exhale. The atmosphere alone feels like a mini escape from real life. You can tell they pay attention to every detail. The services? Amazing. Professional, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I left feeling refreshed, reset, and already planning my next visit. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend Pangea Day Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience. I just had the best massage of my life at Pangea Day Spa. I booked a 90-minute session and was taken care of by Yan and Mia, and they were both absolutely incredible. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable, listened to what my body needed, and delivered the perfect balance of relaxation and deep pressure. They were extremely attentive, checked in without being disruptive, and somehow found and relieved every tight spot I didn’t even realize I had. I got a 90 min deep tissue massage with Cupping and Heat therapy with Sara. It was amazing, my first time here, and I will be back. The hot stones were just the PERFECT temperature, however I do the think towels could be a little hotter. Sara was attentive and considerate. Asking about pressure and adjusting. The only thing I didn’t like was when other guest came into the lobby you could hear them speaking loudly. The rooms only have thick curtains but not doors so for about 5 minutes the atmosphere was a little loud. However the other 98% of the time it was perfectly calm, warm, and comfortable. I really enjoyed my massage. Thank you!!

Fantastic first experience! Very friendly. Mia and Jake were amazing! We booked the Pangea’s Couples Indulgence for Valentine’s Day (60 min couples massage). During the massage, I started to question which package I booked because the massage exceeded expectations. Jake did phenomenal at finding spots that I didn’t even realize needed help. My husband said Mia made him feel like he was in a trance from the beginning. This was our first massage and we will definitely be back!
