We purchased a Wellis Malaga Hot tub from Spa Doctor in Trussville, Al. and was very pleased with the service and so far we love the hot tub. The owner Brandon, Josh and the Spa Doctor team were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their customer service put me at ease in knowing that if I have problems down the road, they will be there to help. They delivered and set up the hot tub in January of 2025. So far the hot tub is GREAT! I must say, it is just what the doctor ordered. I love the jets, they are not too harsh. The waterfalls are my favorite feature. The lounger is really nice. If you are worried about floating up you can aways get a water weight. The Wellis cover is easy to raise and lower with a hydraulic lift and the cover has child safety locks which puts my mind at ease when children are around. After shopping around for hot tubs, reading reviews, and considering our price point, I’m so thankful to have went with Spa Doctor. We got a good price, a quality hot tub and superb customer service.

I called for a quote, after finding Brandon on Google- and had to leave a message and *received a call back from him in 3 minutes*- which was an early indication to the great service and care he would take of my spa . He came out to my home, EXACTLY on time and was very courteous and professional, and had my spa working again within 2 hrs- and for a fraction of the price of what I was expecting from the large company we purchased it from. I cannot emphasize enough how easy** this was as a client- absolutely no effort nor inconvenience to me in the whole process- just the phone call and his arrival and he was done. I will be a long term customer from here out.

Excellent company. We had looked and waited for several years to indulge in the spa hot tub enjoyment. So we met Spa Doctor at the Huntsville Home Show this year. Several dealers were there. This company caught our attention because they had a very eye catching product. The tub has a fold back cover, super easy to open and close. Pull the handle and the top easily opens up as well as a easy close... Whoopee... The plus in all this was the owners and staff. Super folks, super delivery and install. The good news Brandon and his staff will be there to advise me as we learn to maintain the hot tub. Thank you Spa Doctor.

The Spa Doctor has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They came out exactly when they said they would and did everything they promised. The team was patient, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly — including how to use and care for my hot tub. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness, and I’m looking forward to enjoying my hot tub with confidence thanks to The Spa Doctor. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Brandon and Josh! Both were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. They diagnosed and repaired two separate hot tubs that other companies wouldn’t even look at. Josh completed the repairs quickly, and everything is working perfectly.
