I’m torn on this because it’s kind of not their fault but they should be kind due to the circumstances and help make it right. My partner got me a gift card here because it’s marketed as a spa. It’s not really a spa though, it’s a tanning salon with a massage chair and some red lights. He purchased this gift card yesterday and when I read the list of offerings, he immediately went back the next morning and explained the confusion and asked to return the gift card. This place refuses to no matter what, even though neither of us can utilize any of the services. Now I would understand if some time had passed but this was literally hours between purchase and attempted return. The gift card is a piece of paper that costs this place no money at all. They could have returned it less a small fee. Instead they didn’t do the right thing. Disappointing.
I love going here and relaxing! It’s a great place for affordable rejuvenation, workout, and tanning. I am able to get some much needed self-care time at Sun Cove! Red light therapy gives me relaxation and skin healing, Velocity allows for me to tan with lower levels of UV rays, the infrared saunas are incredible for relaxation and workout, and I love spending time in the SlimPod as well! You can’t go wrong with visiting Frank, the massage chair too! And so much more this place has to offer including kind and knowledgeable staff!
The only place I go for my red light therapy and blue light therapy! Alternating both has helped my acne to clear up immensely Thank you Sun Cove Spa!
Make a day of it — a quick-dry towel, dry bag, and post-soak layers take almost no pack space.
