Called and asked for a diagnosis and cover measurement for our spa. Weeks later tech comes over, my husband mentioned he believed it was the pump failing. Tech said Yep, then left, maybe at the house 5 minutes. 1 month later new pump arrives, wrong pump...oh and never got the measurement for the cover. Tech needs to come back out again to meausre and figure out what kind of pump it is. So far we've paid for "diagnostics", measurement and a new pump. Tech comes back another 5 minute visit. 2 weeks later new pump arrives wrong pump again! Oh and no measurement. Now it's been months and the spa is the same as when we called for help. They did refund the pump cost after we told them we would be going somewhere else, But will not refund the "diagnostics". We really love supporting local but after incompetence and being told "oh yeah that's the wrong one again, we will need to come out to look at it again" and " he forgot to measure it" 2 times, it's just not worth it. **The manager has reached out he refunded the diagnostics and provided us with a new pump free of charge. Also helped get the measurement for the cover. Thank you for making it right!

I bought my first spa here this week. The sales person was very helpful. The delivery and set up was like clockwork. Very professional. I called today and the sales manager walked me through the menu to recheck my settings. So helpful. I would highly recommend Mohave Mist & Spa. My wife and I really love our new spa. Even one month of weekly free home servicing. A great lical business.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, been using them since we moved here 5 years ago and bought a spa from them. With a bad motor on warranty and normal spa jet fixture deterioration issues they have been able to get us the new equipment and up and running. We recommend them to anyone we know looking into buying a spa or needing pool chemicals.

Colton and family are very friendly and knowledgeable. They showed us some swim spas with unique jet pack type technology. We decided on the M-9 Spa which is very large with 7 jet packs soon to be delivered & installed, looking forward to it, they are very nice folks. I’ll show pic after installation 👍 …

Had an inspection of my spa yesterday by Mohave Mist & Spa. The technician was prompt arriving and a great communicator of my needs. Identified the problem and promptly ordered the part I needed for the repair. Would highly recommend this company for any spa needs.
