Just want to give a BIG Thanks to Kelly who made me feel like family when helping me choose my Hot Tub. Can’t forget Tyler & Nicolai who delivered my Hot Tub. Very kind, professional & spent 2 hour’s explaining the do’s & don’ts about operating the tub. Not to mention they are family owned, & right here in Tucson if you have any questions Clay, service manager is always there to help.

Tucson Hot Tub was very good. However, when the hot tub was delivered, it had a leak. I was very surprised that a brand new hot tub had a leak. The team did a fantastic job getting the leak repaired. I don’t believe the manufacturer did a thorough job testing and lacks quality control. Everything is working great now and we are enjoying our new hot tub.

Fantastic experience buying a Hot Tub here! The woman who sold it to me Kelly was the kindest and best sales person. The two young men that delivered it. (Tyler and Nikolai) Went above and beyond in the delivery to put it exactly where I wanted it explain everything and walk me through the process. Absolutely five star review. ! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

This local Tucson business is asset to our community! Employee’s are professional and or staff is very knowledgeable about how they may assist you. They will help you make an informed decision even if they are not able to help you. They also do a great job moving spas. I will always use them and support this small business.

I cannot thank them enough.! Dealing with Kelley and Jon was amazing as their knowledge of what we needed was very much appreciated as this was our first Swim Spa. The delivery, Installation and follow up by Clay, Tyler and Nickolai was also very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Tucson Hot Tubs!!!
