I went to Galaxy to inquire about a hot tub. They had floor models of all the tubs they sell. They had many to choose from. The sales person (Maxwell) was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. What I liked best is he wasn't pushy. He helped me with making a decision on the right hot tub for me. I did not order the hot tub that day, but he did do a friendly text follow-up a week later. I had time to think about it, without any pressure. I went back this week and ordered it. He also recommended an experienced electrician who has installed the electrical for many hot tubs. Overall, very pleasant experience. Once I purchased the hot tub, I was very surprised at the support provided after purchase. I highly recommend working with Galaxy. I can't wait to get my hot tub.

I had the opportunity to work with Cameron, and from the moment I walked through the door, he greeted me warmly and was very easy to work with. He was patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made the process stress-free. By the end of our discussion, he provided me with all the information I needed to take home and consider my purchase. Shortly after, I received a follow-up text letting me know he was available if I had any additional questions. Overall, the sales process has been straightforward, easy to navigate, and never felt overbearing.

Sent in for them to get in touch with me on the website. Next day Mike sent me a text with pictures of the hot tube they had in my price range he was awesome. Went in today and asked for him and he was gone out of town. Austin witch Mike told me to ask for let me tell you he was awesome no pressure went in got the tube I was sent pictures of even a little cheaper then I was quoted on the phone. Austin went above and beyond anything I asked for. And you can shop and have a beer. Great place.

Mike is one of the best customer service representatives we have experienced anywhere. Knowledgeable, great deal, smart, answered questions before asked and thought of more than we considered. Galaxy Home Recreation did it right and well. We are excited about our new hottub. Thanks for making the experience fun, too.
