I enjoyed my time at Woodhouse Spa. The Calming Retreat massage was pleasant and effective. Their products are high quality. The space is very aesthetic and chic. The salt room provides an instant feeling of calm. Their holiday shop event was a great opportunity to walk around open-house-style and speak with members of their team. Scheduling services definitely needs some improvement. My treatment was rescheduled without my permission and I experienced not great customer service when attempting to reschedule. I ultimately decided to leave my appointment at the time it had been changed to and had to adjust the rest of my day accordingly. I have future services booked and hope everything will proceed better than my last experience. There are no pools or other amenities that you would typically see in a larger spa. They supply anything you could need to refresh after your treatment and their team members are very kind. I have heard such great things about Woodhouse Spa and am eager to see more of what they offer!
The spa itself is very nice and clean, and the staff is super friendly. We went for a girls’ day with my mother and daughter, and we all received massages. My mother and daughter loved theirs, but unfortunately I did not care for mine. The therapist mainly used her elbow up and down my back, and that was about it. For $180 for a 50-minute massage, I expected a much higher level of service and a more skilled therapist. I was disappointed, especially since I still have gift certificates left to use. I personally feel Spa Botanica is much nicer overall. Their steam room is included and costs about half the price. I also prefer their quiet room, which features a waterfall and dim lighting.
I wanted to share an incredible experience my wife and I recently had that left a lasting impression on us. From the moment we walked in until the very end, the staff was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The highlight of our visit was the stone massage. It was truly amazing and exceeded all our expectations—so relaxing and rejuvenating that we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special treat. If you’re considering a place to unwind and recharge, this spot should be at the top of your list. It’s an experience well worth every moment. Wishing you all the best, Renato & Melina Ochoa
I did not have the best experience initially here but the general manager reached out to me and was very genuine in apologizing and wanting to make it better. They went above and beyond with lunch and a VIP room before my microchanneling and really turned an initial not so great experience into a very positive relaxing one. Because of their incredible customer service, I would definitely come back for more treatments in the future. I will also say all the people that work there are very nice. The girl who did my facial was very kind, as well as the girl who did my massage. Thank you for making my experience 10 out of 10 this time.
I visited Woodhouse for the first time today The facility is beautiful and in good condition. The staff were all very polite and helpful. I enjoyed the infrared sauna, and was glad I could access it as a stand alone feature. The quiet room was very comfortable, and I didn't feel rushed to leave after the sauna. I was offered water, tea or a mimosa , and they had a couple of small snacks. The shower in the locker room was also very nice. Would definitely recommend, and hope to visit again soon.
