I’ve been going to All Season Pool and Spa for several years now. My primary reason for going is I know Brandon, Kelsey and Krystal are most likely the most knowledgeable about water chemistry in town. For example, on my pool steps and the bench, I had what I thought was black algae. I took a picture of it, brought it in to show Kelsey and Krystal. After talking with Kelsey more about the issue, she asked about the water level and I said the water level was dropping and I was having to regularly add water to the pool. Kelsey said she thought the black growth was due to the pool. Her and Krystal discussed and their solution was twofold, one was the bucket test and the second was to do the dye test. For whatever reason, I couldn’t wrap my head around how or why the dye test would work, both Krystal and Kelsey took their turn trying to explain it to me and when I went home, I watched it on YouTube and everything they said, finally made sense. They could have recommended I buy expensive chemicals but they didn’t and I really appreciated that. I couldn’t find the leak with the dye test and I was ended up hiring a pool leak detection company and they found the leak behind the pool light. They fixed the leak, Krystal recommended a steel pool brush to remove the black stuff and since then, the pool had looked amazing. Kelsey and Krystal’s customer service is fantastic, they take the time to explain what is going on. They diagnose issues and fix pool sweep issues and most importantly, I trust them when it comes to my pool and I appreciate them.

I’ve been a customer for years! Brandon has always been helpful with good products and advice. The other day, I went in with a pool sweeper which was broken, looked for Brandon, he was out. As I was going to explain the issue, the woman who worked there told me they don’t fix those things there! With a look that said more about her being bothered, I got irritated. Words were exchanged and I left. There would have been 5 stars for the years of great service, but being treated this disrespectfully knocks off 2 stars. I can accept that the sweeper could not be repaired there, but you are the experts that have always helped with advice. I’m so disappointed.

Well, our previous pool sweeper a (Polaris 360) died "RIP". We were on the hunt for a new sweeper, so we went to All Seasons Pools and Spas. We were helped by a very nice young lady who was very knowledgeable and who made the process of finding a new machine very easy. After much thought and consideration we decided to buy a robot instead of a sweeper so we purchased a very nice machine that we feel will work well for us. Just as an FYI we purchased a Maytronics Dolphin 300 for a great price. Don't forget to to ask for a Military Discount if your eligible to use it. All Seasons Pools and Spas is a definite recommend.

I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the entire staff is. Kelsey, Crystal, and Brandon are always amazing and assist me in taking care of my pool. Thanks to their expert guidance, I’ve been able to minimize costs and keep my pool nice and clean year-round. I visit them about every two to three weeks to have my water checked and to buy any supplies I need. They’ve even helped me repair my pool sweeper on the spot and always offer great advice.

Brandon and team are amazing. No brainer buying a spa from All Seasons after years of great experience buying pool parts. This store is engaged with their customers unlike some other stores. Do yourself a favor and go see Brandon Masters at All Seasons! You won’t be disappointed. Also-quit buying Amazon stuff. Amazon parts are garbage compared to OEM. Plus they have a cool rewards program. Know I’ll be using with my new Edison 680! Thanks Brandon!
