Today, I booked a one-hour deep tissue massage at Avy Spa for $90. The spa has undergone a recent renovation, resulting in a clean, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Avy Spa is conveniently located in Palo Alto, California, in a desirable neighborhood. The massage therapist provided a highly professional service, leaving me feeling relaxed and even falling asleep during the session. I inquired about the availability of hot stone massages, and the therapist informed me that they offer this service. As a complimentary gesture, she allowed me to experience a hot stone massage. After a week of long work hours, I found this massage to be rejuvenating and provided me with the energy I needed to tackle the upcoming week’s workload. I highly recommend Avy Spa for anyone seeking a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience.

I have been getting massage for the last 15 + years but this place is just out of the world. I was traveling to California from NJ this week and had serious back and shoulder pain. The spa accommodated a late night appointment. Lia the therapist knew exactly how to help me and suggested back pain relief therapy with cupping. She skillfully pressed the right places to remove all the tension and I come to realize that the massages I have been getting over the last 15+ years are nothing close to what I experienced today. I would absolutely visit this place every time I visit California. But please don’t stay in pain. These guys know how to help! Would recommend to all my friends here !

Was looking for a massage after a week long travel event and decided to try Avy given the reviews, options, price and scheduling. Not exaggerating, this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Woo did a wonderful job- very skilled with varying pressure; it’s been a while since I’ve had someone capable of truly deep pressure and also be able to balance it out with areas that are maybe more sensitive. 90 minutes was perfect. Highly recommend!!

I've been going here for a 1-2 months and I swear by Lia. Her deep massages have release my pain and tension in my neck, back. After my first visit, I noticed a change in my flexibility at yoga a few days later! She has magically hands! Don't miss out on her! One of the best massages I’ve ever received! Linda conducted the most dynamic techniques, long soothing strokes and hit all trigger points. A great flow to her style which I personally appreciated. She listened to my needs and adjusted if necessary (which wasn’t often) Highly recommend their services, and it’s at such a great price for the level of expertise!
