Blackthorne Spas

Stay away from this place! Paid close to $600 to fix a leaking hot tub. After multiple rescheduling of diagnostic visits, they diagnosed a leak and charged $500 to fix it. Included in the $500 was a refilling fee and leak test. They claimed that the tub was not leaking after the repair. The tub is leaking even more than before! They now want to charge more money for diagnostics and repairs of other leaks.

The team was great, they were able quickly quite a fair price. They even picked up my old spa at my old house while I was working and deliver it to my new house without any hiccups. The team was communicative about status, eta and needs. They arrived exactly on time, leveled everything and were done in less than 20 minutes. I’ll be using these folks for all my spa needs going forward!

Ive never owned a spa before, and we just imstalled our first one. I wanted to set up service with someone who will take care of the spa, so I dont have to be bothered with anything. Jacob came out for our first servicing to her us started using the spa. He was super helpful, friendly and professional. He was very thorough. I also a, now having them clean 2 fountains we have.

Intuitively, where I live I would go to the closer hot tub stores in the Monterey/Carmel area...but without doubt it was the right decision to go a few further miles away (in Salinas) and do business with Blackthorne.
