Creative Energy

The dust has finally settled on two projects: replacing a 30 y/o spa and updating our fireplace and replacing a 25 y/o gas insert. Cole was our point person. In 2019 I stopped into Creative Energy and got a replacement quote for our 1994 Hot Springs Sovereign from Cole. There was no pressure to buy and he agreed it was reasonable to nurse it along it for $300. Indeed it lasted another 4 years. Like many others I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, available and patient. He has the authority to adjust pricing to meet a competitor's bid and the willingness to make adjustments in delivery, removal and installation costs. He never said, "I need to check with my manager" and he never went back on a quote. Any computer error or issue with our installation was rectified in a timely manner. Cole was willing and able to adjust dates to accommodate reconstruction of the decking. Our experience was similar for the fireplace insert. We contracted with one of his recommended artisans, Randy Doolittle*Design on Fire. The same issues of meeting a competitor's bid, coordinating installation with construction and followup to address loose ends were handled in a similar positive manner. I likely will not be around in 30 years when replacements will be needed, but if I am I will return to Creative Energy. For now I recommend you patronize or at least consider them.

The other day I went to this showroom and I was impressed by the products and customer service. I am from Brazil where hot tubs and fireplaces are not that common... so I came with a thousand questions and Cole helped me out. He is great, he knows the products and explained everything to me! I had the chance to try one of the hot tubs and this is definitely something we all should have at home. It’s just so relaxing after a work day. Easy to use, cool lights and I really loved the jets! If you’re looking for great products, great assistance and customer service, this is the place! Oh, I was almost forgetting to mention that the showroom is really clean, organized and they also have a cute dog called Maggie.

Creative Energy is a terrific business. They sell high quality spas, as well as fireplace inserts. Their staff is knowledgeable and easy to interact with. They have an excellent service department. When purchasing our spa, we were able to try out a number of spas to make sure of the model and size we wanted. We would no problem referring them to a friend or family member or if we decided to purchase another spa from them in the future. In fact, we are planning to buy a gas fireplace insert in the near future. We highly recommend Creative Energy for your spa needs.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a reliable, simple, and affordable hot tub. They helped me find the right in stock tub and were able to deliver just before Christmas to make for a very memorable celebration. My sales associate Cole was very patient and helpful in explaining everything to me. The delivery drivers were friendly and delivered and set up the tub and finished the installation even after is started pouring rain which show some true dedication.

I have a 10 year old hot tub which I inherited from the previous owner of my home. Ive started to have a few minor problems with it. The folks at Creative Energy in San Rafael have been very helpful. Everything from maintaining the tub, to troubleshooting issues to avoid a service call. Bonnie in particular, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Amazing customer service !
