Wow! This is a HIDDEN gem close to home! We stopped at Elim Hot Springs before it was open to the public and we were so excited at the prospect of a hot springs less than 2 hours from home. Now that we've finally had a chance to experience it I am sold! The facility offers 3 therapeutic hot springs (each one different in heat and intensity) a VERY cold pool and a tepid pool to enhance the therapeutic process. The views from the cold pools are amazing! You truly feel like you're out in nature. This facility is rustic which to me adds to the therapeutic experience. There's plenty of space so you don't feel cramped and overwhelmed by too many visitors especially when the point is to relax! Elim offers a day pass for use of the facility and you can also reserve a cabin for an overnight stay which is completely worth the price! If you elect to spend the night, you must bring your own blankets and pillows since these are not provided. The cabins were clean, the restrooms and grounds were kept tidy. There's a picnic table and grill outside each cabin. The picnic table is shaded which is nice. There's also a community space with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and can you believe it - pots and pans! You can bring your own food and drink which I highly recommend and grill to your heart's content! An added treat on site were the peacocks, llamas and other animals which were lovely to look at. Definitely recommend you try this out! Way more affordable than Glen Ivy!!! Experience nature in a hot spring not far from home but a world away!

Elim Hot Springs is an ideal balance of all that makes a hot spring wonderful. They have nice, warm/hot pools and a 65 degree cold pool that feels ethereal on a hot, dry day, or after being in the hot pools. It's clean, pristine, and has plenty of space to lay out by the pools. It's shaded in many areas. The changing rooms/shower rooms are clean and basic. They look like they've been recently updated. The bungalows are charming! They are very basic and clean with high ceilings, so feels spacious even though they are small. There's a shaded space with tables outside the front door of each of the bungalows. There are lights hung around that space at night and look gorgeous! The bathrooms are close-by. There is a covered, outdoor kitchen with a big refrigerator and stove. $130 includes the bungalow and unlimited soaking and swimming in the pools. Another feature is that you get to park right next to your bungalow! Advanced hot springer here. This is one of the best!

Abysmal experience. We called ahead to confirm they were open, and the older Korean woman in the office assured us everything was available. After driving over an hour, we arrived — only to be told that just half the pools were open that day. When we asked about paying less because half the facilities were closed, she refused — even though we were clearly misled during the phone call, and there were only a few hours left before closing. Not only was this manager person rude and dismissive, but her energy felt dismissive and hostile. The place was empty, which made it even stranger as we were rudely turned away after such a long drive. Overall, the experience felt extremely mismanaged — a direct result of her lack of communication, accountability, good cheer and basic customer service. Who knows maybe we weren’t the right ethnicity? Unfortunately we got that vibe.

I recently visited Elim Hot Springs, and it was an absolute delight! This place is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of nature. The natural hot springs provide a perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle, offering a serene and peaceful environment. The crystal-clear, warm waters were incredibly soothing and rejuvenating. The surrounding landscape is breathtaking, with lush greenery and majestic mountains that create a picturesque backdrop. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my visit. I highly recommend Elim Hot Springs for anyone seeking relaxation and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. It truly deserves a five-star rating!!!!

I brought my family to Elim Hot Springs for a little getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hot spring pools were clean, relaxing, and exactly what we needed to unwind. The atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. We enjoyed walking the beautiful grounds, admiring the aviary with its exotic birds, and just spending quality time together. Everything was well maintained, the staff were kind and welcoming, and we felt at ease the entire time. We’ll definitely be coming back.
