This place was recommended by a friend because of it's late hours (open until 1am everyday!) and there's rooms with skylights that open. After calling to verify a few things we were told it's walk-in only and last walk-in is at midnight. We visited on a Sunday just before midnight and got a skylight room. The lady that greeted us was friendly and made us feel welcomed. From the entry room (lobby area), the hallways and our room, everything was impressively clean! The room had a bed, radio, shower, dimmable lights and a skylight. From reading/seeing pictures from given reviews I was a little disappointed when ours only opened halfway. But full sky view or not the cool night air was very refreshing! As we were leaving there were a few others exciting other rooms as well and we were given a friendly goodbye by two ladies. The surrounding area both at arrival and departure seemed abandoned, quiet but was well lite. With many hot tub/spas still operating with limited days and hours this one might just become my favorite spot! Although my reviews are usually full of detailed pictures due to our arrival time I kept them limited to only two.

I really love this place, it is a shame that these places don’t really exist anymore and I travel miles and miles out of my way to get here because I love these places so much. In the Bay Area so far there is the tropical gardens hot tubs in Daly City, water course away bathhouse in Palo Alto and hot Tropics. I know there’s other similar places around but this might have to be the best hot tub place in the whole Bay Area. I also love it when Tammy and everyone who else works there knows who I am and always down to chat and check in on how I’m doing, that to me really means a lot to me. I hope for a great future at the hot tubs and always love this place.

It was clean and sanitary. Female staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub could have been a just a little warmer (rm 4). Disinfectant/chlorine smell is a little heavy but to be expected and unavoidable. Bed access only on 1 end and one side, not the best if trying to give a real massage. The same in all rooms. I will probably visit again.

Super chill, clean, and the service is friendly. I’d come back and then grab some tacos down the street from the local vendors. 10/10!
