Kyle/Eric Owners instead of throwing parts at 100% markup and replacement at stuff, instead actually please spend the time and TRULY do some diagnostic testing before Telling ppl to buy this and that part, and replace. It’s been the heater, to the breaker, to the motor. What is it now l? NONE OF THESE, so costly parts and labor for no FIX! This is what MARQUIS HAS been doing since this entire mystery from August 25, till now. Even my pool guy for 12 yrs was like, this heater isn’t bad. It’s fine, I’ll replace it but everything is fine on this one. NO rust, Corrosion or signs of water leaks nothing! The owners at Marquis are just diagnosing things in the dark; on the whim, on the phone and charging 250+ for a service call to be present, and guaranteeing absolutely nothing and making 100% in parts costs. Quoted me over 300$ for a heater that cost me 120$ that’s the cost they quoted and this was NOT including installation. KYLE You should be ashamed of the firm you represent and work for as well as your own workmanship. You aren’t even diagnosing the problem; just showing up and saying put this in or put that in. You’re a part thrower so you can get the labor costs as well. Then when it doesn’t work you say oh I’m sorry it must be something else Put this in. You’re not performing any diagnostics at all. The countless time and hours and increased electric bill from your advise is so costly and high! I think you should probably up your anti-and perfect your skill by being thorough vs. throwing your thoughts & Ideas, and seeing if it sticks. Truly present true facts and a reading of faulty problem. A real, true tradesman would have taken the time to pinpoint what was going on vs. “this is bad, replace that, oh sorry that didn’t work replace this part and another part, try the breaker”. A true tradesmen would present with the proper tools and diagnostic testing..NOT MARQUIS’s hired technician. Also then when they’ve taken your money over 1k and it’s still not working they say, Oh sorry I guess it’s not that, so replace this. Do your work and truly know your trade? My daddy’s been in the pool business since he got out of Vietnam, you cannot hold a candle to his experience. I’ll pay you when you actually diagnose the problem and fix it! Until then it lies on MARQUIS AS A WHOLE, They do employ you correct? Even the owner of All around Town Electric, of Camarillo who installed the 220 came out; as a courtesy, tested everything on their end; diagnosed there was no H2O in the system/line/electrical ect. You need to do better as a Company/corporation, and represent your firm properly and professionally. You guys need to really figure out your business model because it’s all over the board and nothing you say ever transpires properly. You are not transparent as a firm. It’s all a mystery. A guessing game. And now he has some other provider contact me aqua artist spas out of moorpark, to try and salvage this situation. Who only wanted to charge me another 200$ up front for no results just to come out. Wow.. so I will leave a review for him as well. Update; some gentleman from their corp. offices in OR called shocked, I told him everything he agrees yeah we should not have thrown parts to fix it but we all did diagnose it in one way or another.. not totally- but between electricians, parts replaced etc.. this is an entire mystery. I suggested to this corporate person that maybe he should send his person that he calls when nobody else can fix it to my spa on their expense at this point because I have replaced a heater/motor/breaker and at the end based off of Kyle‘s recommendation who works for Marquis, still nothing works. No it’s crickets.

In November 2024, I purchased a Marquis hot tub, and I am pleased to share my experience working with Erik. From the moment we entered the showroom, we were promptly greeted and provided with detailed information about the various models available. Erik was not only friendly and professional but also offered valuable educational materials on the operation and maintenance of the hot tub. He was never pushy in his approach, focusing instead on ensuring we made the best decision based on our specific needs. Since the purchase, I have returned regularly to the store for product supplies and have consistently been greeted by both Erik and Dustin, who have both provided excellent service. Their expertise and helpful recommendations on maintaining our hot tub have been greatly appreciated. Thank you to Erik and Dustin for their continued support and guidance in ensuring our hot tub experience is enjoyable and well-maintained.

My wife wanted a hot tub, and after hours research and looking at all the distributors in our area we decided Marquis Hot Tubs, based on their features and after purchase reviews. My neighbor also had one and highly recommended them. Our salesman Dustin was knowledgable and friendly. We were not sure we could get it in our backyard and Phillip came out to measure beforehand, and after it was installed to check it out to make sure everything was running fine. Spa was ordered and delivered with no drama and was perfect. The delivery team was amazing! It was our first spa, and took a bit to figure out the water maintenance proceedures but Dustin, Phillip and Eric were there for us helped us along the way. I highly recommend Marquis Hot Tubs in Camarillo based their products, support, knowledge, professionalism, and service.

Marquis Spas Camarillo was an exceptional experience. After six months of researching the perfect spa for our family, my wife and I chose Marquis Spas and visited their Camarillo showroom. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Eric, our salesperson, was patient and knowledgeable, guiding us to find the ideal spa without any sales pressure. The delivery and setup were seamless, handled by a professional crew. Recently, we noticed a small leak from a selector valve, and within two hours, Kyle, the service technician, arrived at our home and replaced the part at no cost. The customer service is unparalleled, and we couldn’t be happier with our spa. If you’re looking for a top-quality spa and exceptional service, visit Eric at Marquis Spas in Camarillo—you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased my Marquis Hot Tub a couple years ago, and believe me - maintaining a properly functioning hot tub cannot go without support from the place you bought the tub. The gentlemen in Camarillo - DUSTIN and ERIC have been in my corner throughout. Whether I'm purchasing chemicals, asking questions about my spa, needing technician support, and even moving my spa - both DUSTIN and ERIC have been there for me and my family. Both are knowledgeable and professional and a pleasant to work with. I appreciate and value working with these two - they give me confidence that I can go to them for any issue with my hot tub. I recommend not only their tubs, great product, but the follow-up customer service support (DUSTIN and ERIC - in Camarillo) which is vital!
