Bad business practices!!! I’m extremely disappointed and honestly frustrated, and this is not something I ever do. I was given a $250 gift card after the loss of a family member. We didn’t realize at the time that the local location had already shut down. Even so, the website still allowed us to purchase a gift card and select our city and state. It wasn’t until afterward that I found out the location was no longer open. I emailed the company right away asking for a refund and have now reached out three to four times with zero response. I don’t understand why gift cards are still being sold for locations that are permanently closed, and I’m even more confused as to why no one has bothered to respond or help fix this. It feels careless and unprofessional, especially given the situation. If I do hear back after posting this, I’m more than willing to update my review. But after multiple attempts to get in touch and no acknowledgment at all, I feel people should know what they might be dealing with.

Not only did Kelly come in on her day off to give me my facial, she understood my special needs and made sure to make my experience a good one. My time with her was relaxing, enjoyable, helpful, and all around perfect! I so appreciate her personal care, concern and efforts to make my experience a wonderful one. I've already booked my next appointment with her. Thank you, Kelly.

I visited Me Spa today and received a 50-minute massage from Shelby, who was absolutely amazing. I was told later that she’s a trainer and I’m not surprised one bit. She had a great “table-side” presence, consistently checking to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my experience. I honestly would request her every time I go in. She really set a standard for me.

From the moment I walked in the Me Spa in Simi Valley, I was impressed with the fresh fragrance and cleanliness of the Spa. Changing into the robe and slippers, and having a relaxing foot spa with a cup of tea, was the beginning of a nice experience. I had a facial today from Kelly. It was the best, most relaxing facial I have ever had. I will definitely return!!!

I have never had a facial before and now I am hooked. Today Morgan provided the most relaxing and soothing experience. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Afterwards my skin felt so smooth and relaxed. I loved how welcoming everyone was. The salon is very clean and tranquil. The whole experience was wonderful. I will be back to see Morgan again in the future.
