Pacific Waters Spa
Aloha and Kaitlyn, who work at this spa, are absolute diamonds! My teenage daughter got a curling brush extremely stuck in her hair on our visit to the HB Hyatt. I brought her here to see if they could possibly help, and these two girls spent close to 3 hours getting it out for her so she wouldn’t have to cut it off. They even stayed late to help and were so sweet, patient, and kind about it the whole time. We can’t thank them enough! We love this spa and the kindness of these two girls was just unbelievable that day. I hope this message finds them because we want to thank them again. Kindness matters and they are unmatched! Thank you, girls! We will be back to see you on our next visit! 10 star rating for this awesome spa! It was always our favorite spa, but now even more! 🩷
We came here to have their signature massage. From the moment you walk in to the very end the staff is very engaged in delivering what I call a world class service. The softest robes are provided, eucalyptus shower, hot tub and the men’s sauna and steam room were being renovated so I imagine after it’s going to be an elegant experience. I still had that experience with my therapist Jade she was so genuine and one of the most authentic people I’ve met the massage was incredible, she even asked if she wanted to have them bring my lady to meet me after in their little courtyard with a fire pit.
I booked a massage at this spa which allowed me access to the full spa for the day even though I wasn’t staying at the resort. My massage was $210 plus tip, access to the spa included a steam room, dry sauna, indoor whirlpool, lounge, showers, and a small outdoor patio area. It would have been nice to have a cool thing like a pool or something because of all the heat from the steam, sauna, and whirlpool. My massage was 50 minute which it was exactly to the minute. The facilities were nice but not overall it fell short of my expectations, just a few things that could have been updated.
Visited on a weekday and enjoyed a few hours here! The space is small but cozy and had some nice spots to it. I have a 4 star rating only because some of the tile and areas seem a little outdated and run down! Otherwise it was a great experience overall, very calming and felt comfy and not too bougie. The snacks were nice and the large shower in the back was my absolute favorite! I would recommend this spa as a first time spa if you would like to explore spas for the first time as it was a good first experience for me!
I was in yesterday for the Biologique massage with Sivi. Wow…was she wonderful and the treatment was fantastic. I have the opportunity while traveling to visit quite a few resort spas and this is now at the top of my list. The facility is peaceful and I enjoyed the sauna and steam room before my massage. I try to chose treatments that are signature for the spa I’m visiting and the Biologique was new for me and I know it was made even better because Sivi is such a pro. Couldn’t recommend any higher!
