The delivery crew showed up right on time, walked us through setup, and made sure everything was spotless before leaving. After our first soak, we knew we’d made the right choice—the jets are powerful, the water stays crystal clear, and it’s become our favorite way to unwind. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every question we had—before and after purchase(and there was a lot)—was answered promptly.. Highly recommend the company and team behind it!

From delivery scheduling to water setup and ongoing care, she’s been incredibly responsive and kind. Buying my Jacuzzi J-385 from Paradise Valley Spas in San Mateo has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Every soak feels like therapy, it’s become my little sanctuary after long days. The spa is powerful, beautiful, and so easy to maintain. I also have to give a huge thank you to Mario from the repair team. When I had a small issue after installation, he came out quickly, fixed everything perfectly, and took the time to explain what happened so I could feel confident using it. He was professional, kind, and genuinely cared that I was happy with my spa. It’s rare to find service this good anymore. They took the time to walk me through all the options, answered every question, and made the whole process surprisingly easy. On top of that, their pricing is the best I’ve found in the entire SF Bay Area. I did my homework and shopped around… nobody else came close. They were upfront, honest, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. If you’re thinking about a new spa or hot tub, skip the runaround and just go to Sundance.
