Redlands Cryo Spa

I had a mastectomy 4 weeks ago. I was told I should try Cryo to speed the healing and mobility. Cindy told me to come a minimum of 3 times per week for best results. I went 2 days after the mastectomy and did both the full body and the local treatment. The local treatment released the tightness and I was able to lift my arm above my head (something I was told would take weeks!). I went at least 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks but then I missed about 2 weeks (out of town, etc) but I noticed right away that it was stiffening up and there was more discomfort. I went back and the difference is absolutely amazing. I have also spent time in the salt cave and there is nothing more relaxing than that! By the way, my doctors were so happy with the healing that they removed the drain tube after one week. If you have health issues of any kind, you should run to them. Cindy and her staff are caring and truly believe in the services they provide.

My husband and I had the opportunity to experience the salt cave yesterday, and it was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt loving, warm, and welcoming. As first-time visitors, we felt completely safe and at ease, which made the experience even more meaningful. The level of thought and detail put into the space was evident, and the energy was calming and peaceful. The expertise and education provided were exceptional, and the kindness shown went beyond professionalism—it felt genuine and caring, especially for those who were brand new to this type of service. The tranquility, peace, and clarity we experienced were unlike anything else. We truly enjoyed our time in the salt caves and highly recommend this experience to anyone of any age. It was restorative, grounding, and something we would absolutely return for.

What a wonderful place!! You walk in and immediately feel the energy is relaxing, warm, and inviting! We went to Redlands Crystal to sit in the Himalayan Salt Cave. What an amazing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! Definitely wear the socks they provide. The salt hurts to walk on. The dressing rooms are neat and clean. The salt cave is quiet and calming. Well put together! We sat in a room after, I forget what it was called, but it had an amazing foot salt lamp!! Wonderful!! Also had foot massagers. We were there on Saturday October 3, I wish I could remember the youg ladies name that was there. She brought us a cup of water and a chocolate while we relaxed. There were lots of DoTerra items to sample and purchase. Lots of helpful items to purchase as well. We never felt pressured. The young lady was so gracious.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Cindy and her cryo place. She is absolutely amazing with my child, patient, kind, and genuinely caring. You can tell she has a beautiful soul and truly loves what she does. The salt cave is incredible, such a peaceful, healing space that everyone should experience. Cryo itself is unbelievable after a session, you feel refreshed, energized, and lighter, like your body just got a reset. It’s amazing for recovery, mood, and overall well-being. Cindy goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I highly recommend her to everyone. She’s not just good at what she does, she’s one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.

I really enjoyed my 3 visits here. The staff is always consistently welcoming and I leave felling rejuvenated and at peace. I’m so glad I got to experience the salt cave with my father before he passed. I wished he could have experienced more visits with me, but I’ll always remember this time here with him and thank you to the staff for being kind to us and showing great customer service. That’s all we have is memories, and this is a beautiful memory I’ll have with my Dad. I hope to return sometime soon.
