Salt And Sage Spa

Very poor communication at this salon. This is likely an office management issue, orgqnizational issue. This isn't against any direct employee that provided a service. About 6 weeks ago I tried to make an appointment for a massage. I have a pretty unique back issue and my orthopedic surgeon asked me to get massages to help relieve pain. I REALLY needed a massage. I booked abiut two weeks out (thats what worked with m schedule and i needed someone with a lot of experience and that could address deep tissue in certain areas. Unfortunately about 1 week before the massage i discovered i needed an emergency medical procedure and needed to reschedule. I called twice and left a message letting them know and never received a call back. The day before my massage, I got a text to confirm my appt. Do you guys not check your messages? Either way, I let them know via text I had a procedure and would call back to reschedule. Fast forward to about a week or two ago, when I called and made another appt. I spoke with the receptionist and explained my physical situation. We narrowed it down to Sherry. I was excited and ready to roll for today the 9th at 3:00pm. However, yesterday, I received a text in the last afternoon addressing "janice", letting them know they needed to reschedule and offered two appt slots on different days that didn't work woth my schedule (i work and go to school). I replied to the text and asked if they were trying to reach me or someome named "janice" and explained that I would not be able to take the days they offered. I received no reply. No confirmation of cancelation. No confirmation of appt, no attempt to find something to accommodate. I messages them again this morning, to receive a response that my appt was good to go woth DANIELLE. A person I know nothing about. They didnt ask to change me, nor did they confirm she knows about my situation. They tried to get me to come today with the person i didnt schedule with by offering a free massage. These people work independently and it feels wrong to punish them for Sherrys last minute cancellation and front desk disorganiztion. This is really unprofessional, and here I am .. once again, in pain.. without an appt with the person I requested. Thanks a lot Salt and Sage.

I was looking last minute for a Day Spa for my daughter who was turning 22 and her best friend. They were able to accommodate both for a full day of self-care! They had the Vichy Shower, Massages, Facial and Brow Wax, Scalp and Hair Treatment, and ended with a Card Reading. The spa is clean and inviting and everyone there could not have been nicer: Danielle, Dianna, Jessica, Katy and Krista. And a huge shout out to Megan who figured out how to make it all happen. When others turned me away without even a second thought, Megan was willing to take the time. This type of customer service is what brings me back and I have already shared with friends and family. My daughter said she felt so special and that everyone went above and beyond. THANK YOU! We will be back!

I recently had the best facial and Japanese head spa treatment with Megan at Salt and Sage Spa. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, with gentle cleansing, soothing masks, and expert massages that left my skin glowing and my scalp so cleansed leaving my mind completely at ease—it was like all my daily stress just vanished. Megan was so professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, tailoring the facial and the head spa treatment to my needs and making the whole experience feel personalized and luxurious. If you’re in need of some self-care, I can’t recommend her enough!

This is by far the best place to get anything done. I get my hair done, facials, waxing and nails all through this spa. The atmosphere is fantastic but what really makes me stay are the workers. Every time I go in I have an incredible experience. Everyone is super professional and personable. I always have a smile on my face leaving the spa, it’s the only place I truly trust for all my beauty needs.

I was lucky enough to get a facial appointment with Dianna today. She was amazing and so informative. I had the best most relaxing facial ever! Dianna explained products to me and was so knowledgeable. My face has never felt so smooth and good. I highly recommend Dianna. She is a asset to Salt and Sage Spa. I scheduled my next appointment 😀
