The Sauna Studio

I am so glad that I found this place! I only wish that I had discovered it sooner. I was looking for something other than just a regular massage that I already do regularly. I was wanting additional ways of caring for my body and mind. I've had several sports related injuries and because of it, I have a cervical fusion and lumbar fusion. The fusions themselves don't bother me but I have to make sure and really take care of my muscles in both areas. If I don't keep up on them, then I will be in pain. At my first visit, I did 3 different services. I started with the infrared massage bed. I had never even seen one of them before. The way it stretches and massages your upper body is really special. The jade rollers heat up and really penetrated deep into my muscles. Next I did the cold plunge. I am a huge fan of ice baths at home but had not done one in a while. I know how beneficial they are but thankfully Laura was at my side during the session encouraging me and distracting me. lol I ended the visit in their phenomenal salt room. The 45 minutes went way too quickly! What a relaxing and therapeutic way to end my day. I already signed up for packages so I can continue to enjoy this awesome business. My husband and I own a small business in town too, so we love supporting others!!

The Sauna Studio has become a true sanctuary for me over the past year, profoundly impacting my life as a recent amputee. This sacred space provides me with a haven for meditation and detoxification, allowing me to reconnect with myself amidst the soothing warmth of the unfired red sauna. I am always welcomed by beautiful souls, their genuine smiles and warm demeanor creating an atmosphere of acceptance and positivity. This nurturing environment fosters connection, allowing me to be myself and find inspiration among others on similar journeys. I am incredibly grateful to everyone at the Sauna Studio for their dedication to wellness and for being such a guiding light in my life.

The vibe from the moment I set food into the Spa was so peaceful and tranquil. Laura and David were warm and delightful. I felt like I was visiting old friends. The treatment rooms were very triangular and tastefully decorated. I can't wait to go back and spend more time with the two of them and use the massage table, relax in the sauna, recline in the salt room) take a cold plunge (which I swore I would not do😉 I am sure I will be there for several hours!! One of my Mottos is: "Selfcare is NOT Selfish" and there is a lot of Selfcare offered here🥰 And they also have an Esthetician who has a treatment room. Next door is the Detox-Depot...I will be check out.

I have been driving by this place for years and I finally felt inspired to come in. And... I am so glad that I did!! Laura (the owner) is one of the most personable, kind and welcoming individuals I I have ever known! She is highly knowledgable, accommodating and offers a quality experience. This was my first time and I tell you... I am so looking forward to going back. I highly recommend for you to try this place out. They are extremely affordable, extremely respectful and beyond amazing! Keep up the great work over there you guys! Truly! See you soon!

David and Laura and their staff are so helpful, go the extra mile and truly care about the well being of their clients. I have been going for over 6 months now. My constant pain and inflammation have almost disappeared, my skin feels better and my overall well being is the best it’s been in years. I know my commitment to biweekly sauna has begun to heal me from the inside out. I highly recommend you check it out. You won’t regret it.
