Voda Spa

I’m a frequent visitor to Voda Spa and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From the moment you walk in, the experience feels elevated, warm, and thoughtfully curated. Heather, the manager, is genuinely one of the kindest and most collaborative people I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make everything seamless and special. I held my husband’s birthday celebration there, and the entire team was incredibly accommodating — every detail was handled with care and generosity. The massage I received from Sergey was, without exaggeration, the best massage I have ever had. His technique, professionalism, and intuitive approach made the experience unforgettable. Beyond the spa services, the food and overall service are unparalleled — truly exceptional. Every visit feels luxurious yet welcoming, and that balance is rare. Voda is a gem in Los Angeles, and I recommend it wholeheartedly. I will continue to come back again and again.
can’t say enough good things about this spa — it’s truly the best in LA. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with calming energy, impeccable service, and a beautifully designed space that instantly puts you at ease. What makes this place stand out is the incredible range of services — massages, facials, body treatments, steam rooms, saunas, acupuncture, skincare, and so much more. Whatever you’re looking for, they have it, and they do it well. It’s like a wellness sanctuary with everything imaginable under one roof. Every visit is consistently exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. You can tell they truly care about the client experience, and that makes all the difference. Whether you’re treating yourself to a relaxing day or looking for regular wellness upkeep, this is the place to go. I wouldn’t trust my self-care routine anywhere else in LA!
I had been a loyal customer of this spa for a long time and exclusively used its services. However, I am deeply disappointed with the recent changes in the management’s approach. Services that were previously promised and routinely provided are no longer honored, without any clear explanation or communication. As a client, I believe it is essential for a business to maintain trust and keep its word. Unfortunately, this lack of reliability has led me to discontinue my visits to this spa. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate measures to restore the quality and integrity of their service.
yesterday was my best experience of relaxation in 4 years in America. The baths are just amazing, huge stoves and the smell of real wood like in my childhood in the village with my grandmother. ice bath😍 and towels lying in a vat of ice - this is a new level of bliss. Special thanks for the food, it was perfect. And I want to say a little about the people who work there, they really try to be very nice and caring and I felt like a princess the whole time I was there. And the massage with Nina was amazing, she found all my pain points, I am very grateful. Now I will come to you all the time, I promise🙏🏻
I booked a massage but when I arrived they couldn’t find my reservation They were already fully booked that day The whole experience was unacceptable made worse by the manager’s rude and dismissive attitude. The locker rooms had a strong unpleasant odor like an old unmaintained facility. A spa should be a place to relax and recharge but instead this felt like an unprofessional poorly managed place that doesn’t value its customers.
