Warm Springs Spa
**DONT purchase vouchers from groupon for this place** Honestly no words, I had purchased 2 Groupon vouchers (which they advertise) got told they only do in person purchase for the massage and that they only had one room available so we called groupon handled the return and everything, I called the store to see if maybe they ended up having an extra room for myself since they only had one for my mom since she had an appointment and I didn’t (keep in mind nobody had came in or left the place for atleast 40mins) but she recognized my voice and said that I had told her i needed massages for a lot of people which wasn’t true and then suddenly said that they had no rooms that everyone was “busy”?? uhh ok. waste of gas and energy.
Don't go here. They will kick you out if they get too busy and will keep your change as tips. (Example) I pay for a $70 1 hour service (it got busy) they then say "alot of people are coming in so then we'll make your service only $50 30 minutes and we'll keep the rest as tips". I then say ok only 30 minutes and no tips. She then acts like she can speak English, but she spoke English will enough to tell me all that
Very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this place to anyone. We paid $50 for a 30-minute massage, but it only lasted about 10 minutes. Even during that short time, the staff kept going in and out, which was very unprofessional. When we questioned it, they insisted that the session was already over. Overall, a very poor service and we had very worst experience.
made a reservation, got the confirmation text, showed up, and they told me to come back later because their rooms were full. they took someone in for a massage who was right in front of me at the check in line but didn’t have a reservation, he had just walked in. i told them I had a reservation booked over 24 hours prior and they said “I don’t know”
This place scammed me $1800 in 3 separate payments from my account. I am in Australia, never been to this place in my life. Not sure where they are finding people details from and taking their money but this place should be shut down. Probably a Brothel!
