I had a massage with Karen Ahn Ruiz that was truly amazing. I have a 45-pound three year-old and a stressful full-time job, so my neck and shoulders - especially the left - are perpetually problematic. Karen worked some serious magic and my shoulder feels better than it has in years. Cannot recommend her highly enough! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 …

Such a great place with friendly staff. We booked a private outdoor area which included a hot tub, sauna and showers along with complimentary delicious tea. The hot tub was nice and clean and being under the stars at night was so relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Customer since their early days on Cathcart. Before covid, a visit to WW was a peacful, healing experience. Now it's a cattle call. Sadly WW owner/management ptactices has damped our enthuiasm for WW. 1 Rude phone manner+generic big box …

Very relaxing. We spent the evening with the cool breeze in a private hot tub room with a dry sauna. It had a lovely view of the gardens. It was a great hour to unwind from our busy day. The tea is lovely. We bought two to take with us!

Had a therapist who would just hold their touch or touch me way too hard. They seemed stoned too. I was uncomfortable the whole time. Place is weird.
